Oooh nice. We need this info to spread... maybe prices will adjust. That guy selling some random item for 10m more thinking someone ultra desperate would just buy it will think twice of jacking the price up so much...?

Yeah, like I'm going to spend $800+ on fake money. Real smart. When it comes to buying gil, I not only look at it as trying to destroy the economy, but that you're a bigger loser for spending real money on fake money.
 
LOL I just went to see if the was true but It seems ige has no gil now! All the Gil amounts saynot in stock, lol! Think the prices of items will start to get under control now?

Doubt it, give it a day or two and IGE will be back selling gil.
 
They're back selling it now. $949.00 for a 100 mil.
 
As soon as this happens, numerous people start posting on the AH board for outrageously priced/rare items. It's a mystery.
 
I wonder if maybe their quetzy money mule got banned. I mean that could do it for real couldnt it? (Going with what Rappa said.)

If their money carrier was doing something and got caught and banned that would erase hundreds of millions of gil off the server *poof* gone. Talk about rapid deflation LOL! (yes yes rones since that money was static it has little effect blah blah economics. /hug)

Was it only our server? If so i'd bet thats the reason. If it was multiples they are probably just trying to hike prices back up since holiday season is over now.

Yea, I have a feeling that.....something big is gonna happen soon...maybe not a week from now....maybe not a month from now....but sometime soon. I could be bad or it could be good but something is definatly gonna happen.

Then Jeuno will burn in raging flames by angry mobs of Black Mages, Red Mages, and Ifrit summons, Melees setting up gangs and duking each other out (DRKs vs DRGs)(MNKs vs SAMs), Rangers picking off heads from above, Thieves snatching from pockets during all the chaos, Ninjas coming up behind busy Rangers and slitting throats, WHMs Tractoring and Raising their friends out of there, Bards being raped, WARs slaughtering PLDs for having stolen their tanking duties, and everyone overall killing every Shop NPC and hidden AH NPCs and raiding everything out of shop. Oh, the calamity.

Then when it's all over, the rest of us alive, we're picking up all the leftovers after everyone has quit when everything got expensive before it all breaks up to that point. Then everything starts over as it did from Day 1.

This sounds like something that happened once on the server i was playing on Never Winter Nights. 2 people got into a brawl and ended up the whole town involved lol.

and btw, wow, Gil price had increased, 20mil less then $140, now $200 lol

I think this past months no one will gonna buy gil, then when IGE have too much again, they will lower the price again, then people gonna buy them again XD

I remember 2mil was $99.99 once lol
