The only song titles I caught were Smashmouth and Blink 182, which is an automatic no.
god, the guy singing was fucking annoying.
I would hardly say GH is "fucked". Keep in mind the Japanese have been raised on BEMANI games (most of which never came to the States) and already have tons of rhythm games over there. They also generally are not fans of Western music, from what I understand.
Even if they change the set list thoroughly, I suspect the game will probably not be that well received since most of the real rhythm fans in Japan have access to DrumMania, Guitar Freaks, et al. already.
I mean I could be wrong but I really don't think it'll take off THAT well in Japan. Sure it'll probably be reasonably successful but eh..
edit: also, keep in mind GH/RB are an absolute cakewalk chartwise compared to BEMANI's games... in which you're playing more to survive than to keep a combo for a high score. Any BEMANI fan will probably find GH/RB boring as heck.
huh?![]()
Now the series well and truly deserves to die.
BAD TASTE ACTIVISION!
huh?
Oh and Rock Band may actually have Japanese songs as DLC. Sweet.
Oh. Because when you said blasphemy, I assumed it was a statue of Jesus.Thats the statue of Jimi Hendrix. Activision stuck product advertisement on it. That is an insult, blasphemy, bad taste and it desecrates a wonderful piece of art which was made to remember the legendary rock star.

That's pretty funny.
