We need a PS3 J&D developed by Naughty Dog, especially since they're done with Uncharted 2 now.
And I'd love a PS3 Sly Cooper since Sucker Punch has been done with Infamous for a long while as well, then I'll have my 3 key platformers on PS3.

That would be very cool. It's possible too seeing as both ND and SP have their game engines built/optimised, though, I believe SP is working on inFamous 2 first, and there's a high possibility that Uncharted 3 may be in pre-production.

We'll need to see though, and perhaps ask them really nicely ^^

I feel so sad, I played the very first Rachet & Clank and loved it so damned much, but never got around to the rest because of FFXI........think I need to go pick up the rest this holiday season.

The PS2 games don't really have an effect on the storyline of the PS3 games.
If anything, just get Tools of Destruction. Quest for Booty doesn't really go anywhere, and both games are summed up during the install of ACiT anyway.

You should still get the rest of the series. The games are definitely worth the price, especially since you'll be finding them in the bargin bin at this point.
