You'd think Reeve would bring someone in who would try and calm some of complaints on the board coming from the community and the mods, instead we get another tool who probably won't even visit the boards because he has no real interest in it, and wants to spam bs (which happens to be one of the problems people here)

Mods appear as the authority around here, and the kids in red are just people that stop by once a month, barely get anything done, and dissapear again. It's been like that since I joined, the big problem is, that the mods aren't allowed to do everything possible, shit has to be passed on to admin for approval. Shit, I didn't see papusa for like the first 6 months, i didn't even know he was an admin.

And benifit of the doubt sounds fair, except for his initial thread looked like a pc+1 with the usual cast of pc+1ers and this thread looks like a bunch more of the same.

Like I said, that is one of the problems with the site as many of the members view it.
 
Understand that I come from a different community with an entirely different user demographic, posting style and forum design. Im here to assist Reeve in site maintenance and take moderator ideas and suggestions and put them into action. I'm just trying to adjust to the community, and Im learning a lot very quickly.

Well a pc+1 thread is a good way to get to know the members. For instance, now he knows that I'm a super cool guy who won't remember this thread tomorrow and that you're a big mean galka who likes to flame - no offense, just saying. I do understand your concern givin the latest qcdn drama being useless posts, but any other time would you really look down on this guy as much?
 
If the latest threads hadn't come out, I probably wouldn't have posted. i still would've felt the same about him being a pc+1 tool.

Edit: Recent happening magnified his first impression. I would have thought he and Reeve had talked a bit about the community and the problems, and what kind of steps can be taken. I guess I expected too much, and he came out PC+1ing.
