Why is it ok to flame bait or harsh a player on and not ok on the forums ask for a report button to report harassment on the reputation page, and action be taken to those who rate down for the sake of harassment and not on the post, or return the right to disable so I can ignore them.

Miros tackled the banners, so I fudged around on a secret board trying to find the reputation information. Between my sockpuppet and nagging Miros, reputation has returned in full effect. This is the only fair way since disabled rep users were still able to leave feedback. Have fun, Arc

I know there is more than likely a thread related to this somewhere, but I was told that "necro"ing a post is bad forum etiquette (?). I have seen that other users are able to view the names of the users that give them 'rate up's, while I cannot. Is there something I can do to rectify this?
