Reputation?

[Torqameda]

I dunno if this was already discussed... but...

When I went into User CP, I saw "Latest Reputation Recieved", so I clicked on the link, sent me to a thread, and yadayada. Then ti said I had 12 points of repuation recieved. Before the "Thanks" were taken away, I had 9. So how do people give out reputation?

I didn't know about the user CP reputation piece. I have one rate up, and one rate down, both from threads from way back in December. LMFAO
