Lavi, why do you think it's so easy for me to get the kote back? Yes... I do have access to the kote eventually, only because my friend owns them. However they are still his, and even if I gave the gil back... chances are he would not return them. I doubt that he is going to pass an opportunity to get this item at much lower than AH price. So you saying that I could be a good guy, yet choose to be an asshole, is completely wrong and unjustified.
And there is still the question of my other friend who is close to quitting. In truth, he will be using the kote for 95% of the time. Yes, I am getting a little money from this, but in the end, this is for my friend. I am using my good luck to help him out.
I am helping out my friend, you are trying to help out your friend. Do you want me to say, "Oh yea... by the way, those kote we said you could use... well, sorry you can't." Then that would be hurting my friend, by taking away something that he had finally gotten acess to. You keep saying I only care abou myself, but the reason that this flame started, the reason that I won't give the kote back is because 1.They are not mine anymore, and 2.I am looking out for my friends as well. You'll tell me I'm being greedy but I am not. I was going to give the kote to him for free, but he would not take them. Direwolf presented the solution, as I said before. So I was not in this for the money and to satisfy my overwhelming sense of greed.
Your trying to help your friend, I'm trying to help mine. We are both workling for the same thing, merely on opposite ends of the spectrum. To be entirely honest, if someone capitalized on my mistake, yes I would ask them if it could be reversed. If they said no... and had a logcial reason for it(such as myself) I would not push the matter. In fact, I would congratulate them on their good luck. You may not believe that... but it's the truth. In a game such as this... good and bad things happen, the main thing is to learn how to move forward.
