Speed belts for 25M sell for 55M... man i miss this game. and the good old days of ripping the rmts off and selling it right back to them. lol. anyways. peace bitches.

Oh inflated gil? 150m back then it was like 5 SH+1. Or if you want to use RL money worth, could buy 1m for 5 USD, obviously sell for less than that, but let's use that number to be nice. 150m x $5/m = $750. These days you can sell 1m for 30-35 USD or buy for 50 USD, so thats 25m today if we use 30 USD. Good for you, I have twice that.

More then now.. but not near as the end of 05... 150M then was.. my mitts sold for 22M... Therefore.. thats al ot of gil. Idiot... pay attention before you start to brag. lol. Oh.. and that was the gil on me.. Im pretty confident i was one of the more wealthy players on the server. Considering I rocked Speed Belt Kraken Club and all HQ gear for many of my 75 jobs.. Hell.. i had a lushangs and didnt even fish. lol Im sure i was worth roughly 275-300M. I mean, since we are clearly trying to outdue the other. :) I suppose you still have me though, huh?
 
also, during inflated times it was very uncommon of me to dip below 200-300M.. So yes, you are right, back then 150M wasnt anything. I had heard of some people having 800+M
 
People I knew had capped gil mules, I seriously doubt 300m back then was really wealthy on this server... Bragging about those times is like bragging you have 100m Zimbabwean currency.

Agreed, if the game is going to be like a second job you might as well get paid for it at the end of the day.
 
Reading some of the situations people have posted where they think it'd be acceptable to sell gill (homeless for example) kind of reminded me...Wasn't it a few years ago that someone sell their account because they had to pay medical bills? All I remember about the situation was that the people of QCDN were tore into the same two groups as you'll see in this flame: Those who say RMT is RMT no matter what, and those who think in some circumstances its okay.
