IF this updated wasn't already so sexy, I'd be bitching that they don't just up all EXP gain. they keep finding ways to up only EP and DC XD
 
Yeh that advert is from the UK. I saw it a few times myself lol.
 
Just throw in a quest where you can meet Cloud and Sephiroth then put out a commercial that shows a quick flash of them at the end.
 
I am SOOOOO loving this update. Seriously, what DID they do with the original dev team? or did they finally give the dev team theyve been bitching for (hence the nasty parts of FFXI) for the past 6 years or so...........either way a big W00T W00T to SE for this update, i think now a bunch of my old school friends are coming back to the game!
 
That commercial was hawt.

But they could have shown something more fun than a ninja in koga doing mijin gakure...
 
I think he meant the bald guy in the FFXI commercial >_>

Man, Level Sync and item scaling was enough to bring me back. This is just icing on the cake. :)
 
wonder what they going do for easy prey system? Could see that being a issue if done wrong.
 
Has there been anything new mentioned in these update details? It seems like thus far it's just been fixes or modifications to the old system.

More notes will get released when the servers go down and the patch notes are up/for download. :biggrin:

Then begins the datamining stage.
