service and support number

sorry for the trouble, but im reinstalling POL and for some reason its not letting me get passed the setup phase, it goes to error code: POL 1160 immediately after i click update.
does anyone know the service and support number so i can talk to them to figure this out:/

Usually this error occurs from an IP address issue. Reset your computer and your router, and try again.

To get support now they make you fill in a bunch of information before you can call. Most likely they're going to tell you to do E-mail support:

yea the number Aethyr posted is Playonline customer service. open Mon-Fri til 6p pacific(9p eastern). should be quicker and more efficient then some online form of help from them.

i already got it thanks, but apparently theres something wrong with my router and i have to do port forwarding or w/e? and i have internet from homeschool so i cant do it unless i do it manually, which i have no idea how to do manually lol.
