anyways... not all Gilbuyers raise prices either. I know a few gilbuyers and they do their best to maximize the usefulness the gil they bought. As in.. they don't spend so much on one item... they try to find things cheaper than they are in AH still.. and try to make more money with the money they bought. And I know all about Crafting and money making.. no you won't make UBER money.. but you will make money over time. I really hate the mentallity of how people want all the good gear and all the gil in the world and they want it NOW. I don't mind waiting for something I want.. hell.. I find it more fun in trying to get the item than actually having it.

Yeah...just assumeing what you have said is all true (bar the
botting). Phraust hasn't actually done anything wrong you can accuse him
of, sure he has sat there for a long time making cash off argus using multiple
accounts...but he is paying 13$ a month for each of those accounts. And it is
all within ToS.

And that is of course assuming that they are bots and not people who just
happen not to talk alot or something.

The only thing you can really criticize him for is spending all that time
camping argus. and at the end of the day regardless how sad or boring you
feel that is, you really cannot say he hasn't worked for the drop.

And also like he keeps saying...he does not get argus every time, and even if
he did, everyone else has the same chance of getting it he does, his only
advantage is experience.

This entire thread really is pointless unless you come up with some sort of
proof that he is botting, as if you dont then all you are doing is throwing

Yes, I am a greedy bastard. I am a greedy bastard that camps for 1 or two months out of the year, and leaves all heavily camped NM's alone for 10-11 months because I am financially secure to not need to camp unless I need the item. Otherwise I hunt the rarely camped NM's for sport, or i am gettign people thier coffer keys, quest items, Moldevite Earrings, Shaman's Cloaks, Genkai Items, Etc... etc... etc...

Again I have to state this to you, most of the time I was camping argus, I was alone. There was no competition. And again, Even without competiton, I was still outclaimed about 2/3's the time, because most of the time I was in the cave I was sleeping, at work, or afk hiding the last spawntime from dipshits that do thier Notorious monster research, and spawn time collection by typing "/search all Phraust", which also tells you why I was there 24/7...

And you said it yourself: You didn't 'turn down the 100k reward from helping the gil sellers, you were Stiffed on it you dork. They used you and didn't pay you! lol.

Ya but i think i know what El is trying to strike at.......i believe Phraust said that Argus had a PH?(i think).........and if so all you need to know is the ToD and then go there in 36 hours or w/e towards the ToD. and it should spawn Having little or no waiting till it pops.. But hell i could be very wrong ive never camped argus.

Xerius.. if you are gonna make such assumptions and lower yourself down to name calling.. there's no reason to argue with you at all.. oh.. and if you HONESTLY think you can't make any money from any craft while leveling it to 100.. you do not know what you are doing. It isn't really hard to make a mil or few a week if you really wanna try between crafting HQ items and selling for profit, farming some mobs for items that sell pretty well, and, hell, even playing the AH is a great way to make money. Perhaps playing the AH is actually the easiest way. NM camping which is a NM that is easily solo-ed to make money I will see as being greedy and selfish. But that doesn't mean I have a problem with them camping it all the time and gonna make a big deal about it. It's in their right and I'm aware, but they will come off as greedy for camping something someone else might be camping to make use of.. but as Pere said.. chances are most that camp it aren't actually in it for the item to be used.. and it really is a very useful item for DD. Greed makes this game and this world suck.
