Yes but the assumption should be that the person has changed. Not I met this person X amount of time ago and I want to flame him/her now because I saw the name randomly and remembered it. Yes it is up to the person to keep the grudge however its not fair to make people assume that the person still acts this way by flaming them long after the fact when you have no idea if this person still plays poorly or behaves in a bad manner.
What if Shizia changed and is now an incredibly nice person and plays better than any other pld. So now this person brings up an issue, that has been long since forgotton by all but him, calling Shizia a bad player and a jerk when at the moment Shizia is neither. Does that seem like the right thing to do? Its one thing if this is moments or even a couple of days later, because more than likely the person has not changed significantly and/or learned from those events. However, this probably happened weeks if not months ago and the original poster shouldn't have assumed something without first finding out for himself and not to mention the poster only made the flame upon seeing Shizia's name and seeing others who also disliked him.
