Xbox360 So, I'm getting a new 360.

Yeah you read it right. After E3 yesterday, I've convinced myself to get a new 360. I'm gonna go with an Elite Model because I like big hard drives, anyway, what exclusives can you guys suggest?

The games I currently have:

Lost Odyssey;
Blue Dragon;
Crackdown;
Mass Effect.

I know I absolutely need Gears and Gears 2, but I want to know what else you guys can suggest. Now, as I said, I'm looking for exclusives. Multi-plat games I'll get for PS3.

And, as usual, I'll probably go for the gamertag PLD_Danny1989. I'm now sure when I'll get my new 360, it all depends really.

That said, any good exclusives that you guys can suggest?

The story isn't too bad for an arcade-style FPS either. You can download Halo: CE from the Marketplace, but you'll have to go digging around at a store for Halo 2.

I still have Halo: CE and Halo 2 on disc. Btw, Wireless, is that separate from the elite?
 
I bought my box for Mass Effect but Halo 3 is what I ended up loving, even though I went in feeling fairly negative towards it. (It's not fun if you've never played it before and your friends throw you a controller and start kicking your ass.)

Tried playing Halo 1 with a friend like a year ago. Like most FPS, it's good "for its time," but by today's standards... it's good enough to keep playing until you get bored in a couple hours but you'll never turn it on again.

I'm gonna make an exception for some multiplat games. GTAIV, Cod4, MW2, games like that, I'll definitely buy a 2nd time for the 360.

Edit: Also, I will definitely get the new 360 around September/Rocktober time.

There are reports of a new sku.. Who knows if its real. There have been official statements by MS confirming the sku and also denying the sku lol.. It is rumored to be a beefed up 360 hardware showcase. Then for sure there are the BRD and Natal rumors being thrown in there.
 
Gears has, I think, a fantastic storyline. You kinda have to be a heartless bastard to not care about what happens to Marcus (or, pretty much anyone else in Gears 2).

Truth be told, when my 1st 360 worked, I played Gears of War with a friend of mine from High School, on the hardest setting, I had some fun.
 
Just remembered, what downloadable XBLA titles can you guys recommend. I'm well aware of Castle Crashers, Rez HD and Geometry Wars, but what else can you guys recommend?

Edit: And Braid, mustn't forget about Braid.

Ikaruga/Triggerheart Excellica is you like space shooters. The final fantasy tower defense is pretty fun.

It's a waste o'money is what it is. But if you're into those types of games... still don't get it :/
