Who leads the shell? Calbrone/Kasuke?

Unfortunately that does not matter as long as you have the character and the name people will judge you for his past.lol wys hasn't lead that shell in about 2 years now hes a puppet
What does smallgod mean?
I've been in Perse, BoL, Rise, and Fury. None of those LS made me who I am or influenced how people thought about me. Only a retard would believe a LS makes a player.
Also, I haven't read much of Small's posts. There was too much whining. He can try to change BoL's image with magic and wizards if he wants. That might help how new players feel about BoL but old players will still hate it.
Grandphoenix is a slut
Well since I didn't get the Novia till like 3 weeks later, so how could you remember?(He says it like its the most infamous moment in his life lol)
But lets also look at where all those sea pops came from in BoL. There where 8 of us (cyc, hanz, wulf, sosa, clev, cal, asty, and myself) that had gobs and gobs more sea point than anyone else in BoL, at one point we all had around 250-300 and most people where under 100.
Did we cheat? No, We where the people who farmed all the pops for that JoL and all the pops it took to get to him. We got the gear in sea cause most other people didnt wana show up to sea till after we started to get drops.
Sea tull(pun) the points go to the people who farm in there spare time, farm when the LS schedules farming, and show up for pops. Most people in BoL only wanted to do the third one in that set. Its not that we are all these big gear whores, but wtf I should go farm pops so you can get drops!?!?!
After reading that post right there reminded me of why I hate point systems. You be in a shell forever get a bunch of points and basically take everything from the newer members, which gives them the "Why should I even try" attitude. If I gather 500 points in a shell, I can completely stop going to farming and just pops and grab everything over the newer members who's came to every run since they join, but they don't have more points than me. Maybe it's just me cause I've been seeing this happen to me alot, but I'd pass things to others who would use it more then me, and not just lot it because I can and because I "want" it. That's like a M Body going to a WAR instead of a PLD. I haven't read this whole flame, read that(and think that's where I'ma stop) and decided to post, so don't hurt me if someone already said something similar to this ._.
There are flaws in almost every system unfortunately. When it's all said and done, some days I think the most fair system is random/cast lots. Noone that's been busting their ass for months or longer wants to be passed over for that new guy, and noone wants to be that new guy that's been the new guy for months. >.>
Think the biggest flaw that most have found in BoL's point system is... noone but a select few even know how the points are tallied. That would drive me nuts, lol. Then again I've seen the point system that everyone was able to observe that still seemed to always cater to a select few in one way or another. Saddly though, the most fair linkshells that I have seen that beheld the greatest intentions never seemed to last long.

Tell you for a fact this is true. Being a leader of many shells I have seen and tried many a systems and I can tell you that even if you have the best of systems in the world there will be people that try to exploit it or question it. Points work well but if you do not have a attendence clause people will start to slip when there points get close to the top. Tiers work nice but same thing without attendence clause you may notice certain people vanish from certain events when there not up. Then of course there the leader choice who will get what, but as most of you know what happens there either they play faviorites or people think the play faviorites. There are flaws in almost every system unfortunately. Ya always bad thing, but no way to avoid it.There is nothing worse than working long and hard for those said points only to see the Linkshell break. Thats happen to me in two Sky shells, upset me so much I refuse to participate in Sky anymore. I agree though, no system is perfect.
