I broke down and bought the Sony PSP and a copy of Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade. I'm still figuring out all the buttons, but it seems like a pretty nifty handheld so far. There's more screen blur than I expected, but it's not bad.

Anyone else out there jump on the PSP bandwagon yet?

It really looks like a fun portable. Reminds me a lot of the GameGear which I could never afford ;)

I'll be getting one but maybe around the holidays since I just forked over a small fortune for an iPod Photo 8)

Btw, keep on kickin' some Moat Carp a$$ Hal!!

I got one yesterday. I also got Dynasty Warriors.

The coolest part to me is that it can play music, movies, AND games.

It is so worth the $$$$ because it does everything!

Got mine ^.^ along with Metal Gear Acid and Wipeout Pure.

VERY awesome so far, analog stick is different, but i prefer it over the DS's lack of one. hehe

-Ham :D

(I almost bought that RPG... ill probably get that or tony hawk next hehe)

I saw the vid for Wipeout Pure on the demo disc. Damn, it looks nice. I'm very tempted.

I'll most likely pick it up once I get to Alaska in May.

I got one with Untold Legends and Tony Hawk and I have to say that it is much better than I thought it would be. My favorite feature so far is being able to play wirelessly. My friends and I can use my home wireless network to play Untold Legends together and we have a blast. I'm very happy I decided to buy it :D

I went back to EB Games and bought Lumines today. Wow. It's very trippy; sorta like Tetris and Columns mixed with a funky soundtrack. If you like puzzle games, it's a good one to own.

You guys have any dead pixels on your screens? We did a survey around my office and used it for part of this story:

A few of my friends bought one and had the same problem. One of my friends had to open FOUR PSPs at his local Wal-Mart to find one without a dead pixel.

I haven't bought one yet because money's a bit tight and the PSP doesn't have any game that makes me want to buy it yet.

eh... dead pixels seems to be a problem these days >< my friends that have a PSP or a DS or both.. each has atleast 1 dead pixel ><

Looks like a few dead pixels on mine, in the upper-right corner. But it's not anything that would make me return it to the store.

you can callup sony and they'll replace your PSP for free all you gotta do is ship it to them. you pay for shipping and it then takes 3-5 business days.

the store i bought it from won't take it back they say you gotta call sony.

punks lol

Ya, Sony is pretty good with repairing their systems (as long as its not something you did to it lol). I'm trying to decide which game I want next though lol. I've heard good things about Lumines and Untold Legends.

-Ham
