For those saying Myrrh was slandered, I didn't call Myrrh anything. Xean had an opinion about Myrrh being trustworthy, but that is not slander. I believe that at one point one member in the LS did direct an attack to Myrrh, and it was at that point that I told the LS to end the discussion. Those that have posted in this topic and were in LS can vouch for that.
Slander may be a strong word, but whatever label you want to put on it, it is a leader speaking ill of a member of his own shell... Not to Myrrh's face, not in the privacy of your personal council, but behind Myrrh's back and to apparently anyone he felt like. I applaud you for stopping your linkshell members from carrying on if that is indeed what happened. However, you can't "do as I say, not as I do" if you're any kind of leader. Xean's actions and words directly undermine and are hypocritical to what you're saying.

The last time i'm going to say this: I did not know an agreement was made when I encouraged Soulstar to lot. Had I know this, I would of questioned him why he had given priority because I felt both should have equal lotting rights. If something had been decided, then its not my business to tell him to go against that agreement. When I spoke to Jyakotsu, I didn't know that fact at that point. I confirmed it with Zyn after Soulstar mentioned it to me, after he had won the lot. Guess I should take screenshots more often. =/
I never denied this fact. I said so to Jyak in those tells that you had told me that. But understand the context: At the same time you're sending me these tells saying that Soul did not make you aware of any agreement with Myrrh, Xean was acting like he could care less and telling Jyakotsu that he instructed him to ninja lot and that Myrrh could not be trusted. What I got from you was basically, "I can't really deal with this right now I'm busy...I'll talk to you later in PMs." You knew
right then and there that something wasn't right, obviously. You had to know then that this would blow up. In my mind, right then, nothing else should have taken priority over resolving this issue. Rather than handle the situation immediately by maybe speaking to Myrrh about what had transpired or speaking to Xean once I gave you this "unknown" information, you blew us all off. You had the power to end it there or mediate it at the very least and you didn't. Instead you came here and 1) questioned the terms of an agreement made in advance between two of your members (if he was so against it then, why did he consent), 2) questioned Myrrh's character, not from personal experiences but from heresay from other unnamed people, and 3) had the audacity to question Fury and their member's willingness and/or ability to provide help to those seeking it, which is not only totally irrelevant (if it was even remotely true), but you have no knowledge or basis (as with questioning Myrrh's character) to even begiin to speak on the matter. You had no right.

I spoke with Soulstar tonight and he feels ashamed, his words exactly about his decisions. He regrets them, and wishes he had done differently. We both spoke before he logged out, and seemed hopeful we could find a way to make things right and make sure Myrrh got his YYR. Whether or not people can forgive and give that opportunity, we'll have yet to see.
He should feel ashamed. And considering the way this was handled, I think more than just he should feel some embarrassment. It's nice to see someone apologize for something so obviously wrong, and I hope he works up the guts, along with Xean, to apologize to Myrrh personally, if for nothing else, for halftruths and unnecessary unkindness on Soul's part and deliberate and intentful deception on Xean's. The sad thing is that several of us would have been willing to help again if only asked, as many of us stated previously. And Jyakotsu at least will be assured in our help again getting his.
I've never had a problem with you before tonight Zerayla. On the contrary I've always thought you were thoughtful and fairly open-minded when it came to things. But I saw a side today that just blows my mind. Nothing's wrong with making mistakes. Everyone makes them. But how you resolve those mistakes is that shows your character. You can say we're all villifying you and Xean and Soul or make it out like we're being unfair, but this whole situation has reached this point because it was not handled when it should have been. The perceptions people are making of you three are based on facts, and if that causes you three discomfort, well, that's unfortunate but if you make a bed, you better lay in it. I won't be apologizing for standing up for someone who I witnessed be wronged by people he trusted with the facts surroudning what happened.
Contrary to what you think I don't think you, Xean, and Soul are evil or bad people, nor do I think anyone else thinks so. No one's discounting the things you've done in the past for others or any of that. I just think you three made some really rotten decisions and kicked it up a few notches by lashing out at the people who were rightfully angry at all involved. I just wish you had shown Myrrh the kind of respect you say is extended to every other member of your linkshell. Because I don't see it. And to be honest, that's what bothers me the most. Practice what you preach.
