It's summertime, and the Recluse Spiders of North America are out and about. These are some of the most Vile creatures Known to man, and I thought i would pass on the warnings, having been bitten by a cousin of the Brown Recluse, and suffered a very tame version of it's venom by compairison.... If you feel brave do a google search for "Brown Recluse Spider" and hit "Images". But I warn you... the sights are far form pleasant. From my own experience, I had about 40% of the skin on my left forearm shed off like the skin off of fried chicken, and the underlying layers exposed to the elements. It fucking hurts...
Minor things to note:
If you need to go in your attic or shed, turn in the lights in that place for about 30 minutes before you go in. The Spiders don't like light, and will retreat to darker surroundings. The spider is not particularly curious, so it won't(shouldn't) come for you.
The spider is deadly in some cases. And the really bad ones are located in the southeastern United States. But it does have cousins in the southwest. As well, cars, shipping vans/trucks, and even animals can carry the Spiders well outside thir 'natural' range.
And Finally... Like I said... This is not pretty shit here kids. I found this link to be pretty helpful. This lady did a day-by-day journal of her bite, as well as her feelings. It is scary.
