Start-up files (pc wise)

Where do I go to change the start up files.

I have too many programs popping up when I turn on my computer.

It's actually simple. There are two areas to modify.

1) start menu->progarms->start up.
-Just delete what you don't want

2) start menu->run->msconfig->startup tab
-uncheck the programs you don't want coming up
-you can also check the services tab and turn off those too.
-after restart, the changes will go into effect.
