I think the sheep was the whale/loch ness monster/kyle's mom(?) 's dinner, that managed to escape out of the blow hole.

He was obviously trying to stick his landing on the boat, but horribly miscalculated the whale/loch ness monster/kyle's mom(?) 's blowing power.

What? Whales can eat sheep. Shut up.
