Stumped on 2 staging points....

I normally like to figure out these things on my own, but Im having a tough time getting to Illrusi Atoll and Dvucca Isle, I know the basic route to them, but Im at an impass. The second connection between Caedarva Mire and Arrapago Reef on the first map seems to only be an exit from the Reef, since I can't get to it from the Mire. The only other idea I have is using a fang key to get through certain points inside the Reef. If this is the case, what mobs drop the key again? (I already got my key from the ??? for the one job quest, so that option is out)

Yes, you have to use the key, or have a thief pick the lock. I went and did Ilrusi Atoll Saturday, and we decided to kill the lamias at the entrance on the first boat. We went 1/1 on the drop. That's the only Lamia I have ever killed so I don't know if it's normally 100%. It also wasn't an actual Lamia, it had a different name.

Ok thanks for the info, don't mind a reasonably low drop rate, just needed to know what dropped it.

No problem, just know that they are mean suckers. Me (75 brd) and a 75 THF (dual wielding BD/Ridill) got both taken down into the orange from a DC one.
