Synthesis of HQ item question

Hey, me again with a question. I was making Butterfly Axes this morning to turn into Inferno Axes. During the process, a made a couple of Butterfly Axe +1. I was wondering, if I use those to make Inferno Axes, will the result be +1, even if it's not a HQ result or will it produce a regular Inferno Axe.

Kinda complicated, but I am sure someone out there knows the answer... we are not alone! :lol:

almost certain it will be a normal synth with a chance of HQ inferno axe. So it won't be guaranteed +1.

Not 100% on it though :?

i dont think you can even synth the +1 butterfly axe. I think its just the normal one that can be used.
