Taking Galka WHM to 40 without sub.

I'm still curious of the point of 40. If you want to be amazing, naturally you have to do it all the way to 75. I have a mithra whm mule in qufim without a sub, and I'd say she can keep up better than some WHMs in qufim with subs, but that's most likely player experience in play more so than the subjob. As far as galka WHMs-- if the galka is particular in their gear choices/astral rings and various other MP gear, rse, etc.. and lets not forget food, they can outshine a tarutaru with a naturally large mana pool. In the end it comes down to hmp and most important skill. Often times, the galka performs better because they're more self conscious of their lack of MP and do the best to make up for it.

But as already stated, why?

I took WHM to 43 with a BLM sub. It wasn't that bad, but I had decent gear. I usually had just about the same MP or a little less than the BLM's in my PT. I always took a bunch of yag drinks and rollinberry pies with to every PT. Trying to get to 40 with no sub is pretty dumb IMO.
