Tattoo where?!

Not all the time, depends on the artist (confidence etc) and the job itself. Stars... meh

really? that's awkward lol...I would always want that transfer...just a little sense of security I guess...

"Stencil" and yea I hear you. However, I go to artists I either know or know of their work and I'd be pretty confident in their skill.

that's cool since well you have a couple of tattoo's and stuff for anyone getting their first I think the stencil would be mandatory...

Sorry but you have to be mentally disturbed to begin with to want any sort of tattoos on your face. Have some self respect.

That's a pretty stupid comment.
you have to consider the source of the comment.

on topic: i don't mind tattoo's on the face. i'm with ecks on that she looks pretty with them in the 2nd pic. what i don't get is how do you fall asleep when getting a tat on your face. there is next to no muscle on the areas where the stars are so the artist is hitting the bone the majority of the time. i have 3 myself and the one on my chest hurt a lot less then the ones on my back. they are right over the shoulder blades. i could have dozed off durring my chest tat, but not my back ones.

Yeah the blade hurt but I actually found the fleshy part between the blade and the middle of my back to hurt the most. On the 'tramp stamp' it actually hurt more on the outer sides nearer my hips than my spine. Tats are strange like that. A lot of guys would say the chest is extremely painful, I hear inside the upper arm is pretty much excruciating.

I was tapping the outside of my eyes and where she got a lot of those stars.. I can't really tell if it would be very painful. The vibrations seem to cause a lot of the pain when over a bone.

I don't mind the look of this tattoo either, I just think they could have been done better.

The spinal cord gets me the most, but Ive yet to do inside of bicep or down the rib cage.

She looks cool with the tats, she could pull it off..

Hell Id rather look like that then a fake burn victim.

Mike Tyson.

I rest my case...

Really?

Kat Von D, she's freaking rubber room material.

Sully Erna, hella sexy, but his lack of self respect.. it's a major turn off.

and then of course there are tats like this... both lack of self respect and mental capacity, she should be put to sleep!

I see your point.

Mike Tyson.

I rest my case...

Mike's got a pretty cool tattoo really. Looks good on him. We can't help the fact that he's a bit retarded and talks funny though. The two don't really link up.

You know, I would HALF believe her falling asleep, since my wife fell asleep during HER tattoos, thing is, my wife got her tattoos on her BACK and she's kinda into the whole pain thing, but falling asleep while getting your FACE tattoo'd is totally fuckin different, i say she full of shit.

I knew I wasn't the only one.. =(

although I'm not what you'd call 'into' the pain thing.

Yeah but after waking up wouldnt you look into the mirror and say "Hey WTF I only asked for 3 and there is 56!" not go home then come back and say this is BS

sorry to chime in here so late but i have to agree with tom that if you decide to get a tattoo on your face you have to be somewhat unhinged.

Also on the Kat Von D thing there is a difference when you are a tattoo artist and you are basically comforting people who may be apprehensive about getting tattoos by having ones in obvious places like the face and hands.

lol maybe you're a bit conservative in your opinion?

Personally, tattoos can be sexy, and facial tattoos are no different if chosen tastefully.

There's no point in debating beauty because obviously it's subjective and something that's in the eye of the beholder.

As far as I'm concerned, and my opinion is not exactly a minority view. FREAKS who think it's cool to tat their face up, pierce their cocks/clits or any of this other self mutilating behavior need serious "mom didn't love me so look at my cry for attention" professional help.

I believe they think they look "good" but it looks to me like they have no self respect for themselves or their body. Clearly they have decided they will not be going on any type of job interview that requires a suit or a resume and have decided in life to either become: a tattoo artist, rock star, criminal or professional loser.

In my opinion Kat Von D would look alot better without that shit all over her face.

Wow get your head out of the dirt.

They obviously have enough self respect to have made a life decision and stand by it, in all it's extremes. Just because people 'different' from you decide to live a non-conventional (pfft in some cases) life, doesn't mean they're looking for attention (I believe that's pretty much what you're getting at). Having a facial tattoo may mean you'll likely never get a more substantial corporate career doesn't mean they won't have a corporate career in any fashion. It's daft to think otherwise. To think people who choose a life profession that differs from 'Corporate America' are losers is fucking stupid and narrow minded.

And by your definition, correct me if I'm wrong, that would mean EVERYONE who decides to get any tattoo or piercing lacks self-respect.

Yea beauty is in the eye of the beholder, perhaps that's what I had meant when I said 'personally'. Because I'm a fan of tattoos and the art, not a huge fan of piercings.

As far as personal life and relationships go, well you're beating a dead horse. There's no possible way to conclude people choosing to 'mutilate' their body with art is derived from some tragic upbringing.
