Lets not try to pin this on Isollde. This site offers a FREE service to help prevent the huge egos on this server from clashing more than they already do.

While new to posting a dynamis schedule(used to just use what ever zones were free) I don't see why you(meaning the poster of shells schedules) can't/won't/doesn't check the board your self to look for conflicts.

All of a sudden SE made dynamis tricky again. Been seeing lots of "dynamis jacked" type thread around all sites as of late. Lets just hope people don't start looking at our server as a new home for a dynamis shell.

I think the fact that Dalkiel didn't respond to the PM in and of itself tells you why it happened. As I said before, he doesn't use the site. FFS you think the first few fucking times I said that someone would pick up on it. If you don't get a response through one mode of communication then you should have tried another. Fact is Zer just did the easy "I tried to contact them" bullshit. That's like me trying to call you on your home phone when I know you don't use that line and saying "I called you why you no call back?"

And as for DE moving days I already said why we didn't. We had people log on specifically to be present for the run so that we could farm attestations. Which is why we scheduled the damn zone, which is why we wouldn't drop our glasses in the middle of the run like it would fucking help anyway.

If Dalkiel doesn't use the site then maybe DE should have someone else who frequents QCDN more often, post their schedule. It's hard to work with someone who isn't on to get the messages. I don't play anymore, so it isn't like I can let him know ingame that there is a conflict.

People forget...you don't HAVE to honor shit posted on here for scheduling. It's pure courtesy and be grateful for the shells that do abide by the run times posted on here. This site in no way shape or form is going to dictate how certain people play or schedule events.

First, I apologize to everyone because I said I wouldn't post in this thread. I've been trying to come to a resolution with this problem. However, that being said,

I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be rude or anything. But in all seriousness, where did you say he doesn't use this site or respond to PMs in the first place the first few times?

And what Isollde said is a problem I have. Why is Dalkiel a 1) Recruiter, 2) Schedule Poster, 3) Point of Contact

How hard is it to take 2 minutes to PM me and respond, when I hear from third party friends who have /sea in game for me and tell me he's been in game, and it's quite evident he's been on this site quite a few times?

This is the type of communication wall we're facing. Psy, if you're so interested in defending the linkshell, why can't you be the point of contact instead of Dalk in this game?

it would be the equivalent of me calling Dalk on the phone multiple times, leaving multiple voice mails about finding ways to contact and communicate, and him listening to them all and hitting delete, delete, delete.

Here's a question. Even if Dalk was ignoring you why would you still have the run on the same day? I mean, someone in this thread mentioned switching Beaucedine with the sandy run. I mean, you knew the chances of them making you wait were high so why would you continue to keep your run on the same day?

Hell, even after you switched you could have /tell'd him ingame or even made a thread about in hopes Dalk/leaders of w/e LS it is would read it and try to make sure it didn't happen again.

If people won't help change then you change around them and bitch about it later.

To be honest, I didn't see that possible change. (And if it was a change that would have involved next week, that would not have been possible on our end as we have a scheduled sponsored run)

And for everyone that keeps hyping on the fact that I stated that their shell posted AFTER ours, that was a mistake. Duh. -_-

Did it really take for me to actually post that here, for you to realize that it was? Or did you seriously think that out of all the shells that I had looked at prior to posting our schedule, I intentionally ignored DE's schedule just so that I could create this headache?

Our original schedule was different than what was posted in the end. I checked all the threads (obviously I missed DE's, and later was under the impression they had posted after us when I received notice of the conflict from Isollde) and changed the order so that there would be no conflict.

For those that still feel the need to argue, I guess all the more power to you. As for me, i'm not wasting my time anymore. The incident is over, the rant is done.

And as to us "taking until you posted it to realize that you'd made a mistake," you'd made a few posts since it had been pointed out and didn't try to correct the mistake then. Also, this is why you double/tripple check your posts and facts before posting, because just like I've said before, all we have to go on here is what is brought and presented to us.

But its done, and parties involved have learned their lesson, even if its not the one they wanted to learn.

Seriously, changing from weekday to weekday, you'll lose a lot less members than, say, changing from weekday to weekend or vice-versa. And if they lose members, tough shit, it's the best they can do if they can't get off their asses and change the run if another shell is being an ass.

My work schedule leaves Tuesdays as the best time for me as I never go in early on Wednesdays. I am sure I am not the only 1 in the shell who finds Tuesday as the day that works best for them.
