Well, seeing as there is a full anime section now, why not post the AnimeEmmy's here ^^

Ok, basically The YouTube director Top5Anime has made a comment based Anime Emmy awards and each of the anime are categorized just like regular Emmy awards.

Some time ago he posted the preliminary nominees and now it's gone to the category votes, no more nominations for the anime awards can be submitted.

I'll be posting more categories here as soon as they are released, to vote, just leave your comment in the comment box. Oh, and the AnimeEmmy's don't have any Hentai in it, obvious reasons...

Anyway, here is the first category up on the final votes:

Best Mecha anime:

I like how he calls it the 2007 version of the awards, but fails to include any anime from this year. Instead we have a year or two back, 6 years ago, and 10+ years.

Yeah this is the first one though, it's probably not exactly "2007" version as in the anime from only this year, but many anime from the past in different groups. Plus I think this is gonna be something like, oh idk... I really can't think of the words right now but I think he's probably gonna do this again each year to see which anime the voters want to keep as the king of each category... I think.

I better see Ippo, Fighting Spirit up in that bitch! o .O

...this is quite possibly the most arbitrary list I've seen in my entire life. Combined with the fact that half the titles on that list don't even come close to a "Best Anime", it seems to (mostly) only be recent stuff, but not entirely shows running this year, which would have some missing, yet doesn't even contain anything remotely classic at all, except for DBZ...

...I think I've just realized what demographic this poll is for.
Ugh.:banghead3:
