The Christmas Present Thread

WoW and a laptop. (Read: My life is now ruined, for I am addicted and can play everywhere the interweb reaches.)
 
My parents waited until today to buy most of their Christmas presents, so I was with them when they said "Pick a game you want and we'll pay for it." So I snagged Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness for the PSP. I look forward to trying it out in the morning.

New copy of CoD4 (my old one got scratched by my nephew when he was over awhile ago)

The Wii came totally out of left field, as i only offhandedly mentioned it to my mom once like 6 months ago lol. I already have like $45 worth of preorders and now with a Wii i need to get a few more preorders.

For xmas so far i've gotten about 150 bucks, new slippers (happy feet, they are the shit), rock band for ps3 and a new car stereo system which is nice because my car doesnt even have a tape player atm. We'll see what tomorrow brings COME ON SANTA!!

Did you get the bundle with everything? Drums are freaking crazy hard to do. I could barely do it on medium.
 
also built a computer, though not as great as Itto's

Intel Core 2 duo e6750 or something (3.0ghz x2)
4gb corsair ram
same card as his.. eVGA 8800GT
dual raptor 10k's (only the 70gb ones)
did not go with liquid cooling, too paranoid of leaks etc

a tea ball (used to brew loose leaf tea)

Of course. And yeah they are hard, a work out too. I cant even touch hard yet though and i have some trouble at times with medium, but its damn fun.

Nice you got pretty tricked for xmas!
Actually using the BFG > Evga, Didnt pay the extra $120 for a 5% increase in graphics. Plus once the 9 series come out, I will just purchase a few in place of the evga step up program. But Kingdom Hearts II is awsome, enjoy that!

Yeah I've been a huge fan of the kingdom hearts series. I got KH2:FM for all of the extra stuff that wasn't in KH2 and the extra scenes and stuff.

I played a friends copy for a good while before getting my own copy, I even made some gameplay videos on youtube for whatever reason, lol
 
I got the PSP Disgaea (see above), plus Superbad DVD, some towels for my apartment, a knick-knack or two, a ton of peanut butter fudge and assorted cookies from my aunt, and $100. I also got a rechargable battery set, so maybe now Al Gore will stop pimp-slapping me every time I plug a freseh set of Duracells into my Xbox 360's controllers.

This was the year I think I finally made the full transition to just enjoying watching my nieces and nephews enjoy their Christmas presents without really worrying too much about anything I got. Then again, I went into it knowing I was getting a video game, which is pretty much all I ever want.
 
I got a few sweaters from Express, a scarf, a fleece jacket, and a pair of Pumas(<3 Pumas). And a guitar amp.

My family were pretty miss on what I actually asked for. <.< I really wanted some hoodies, lots of DVDs, shirts with french cuffs for work, and my saxes refurbished. Didnt get any of it. -.-

Oh well, can't complain too much. More about family than presents, and there was plently of family fun.

Why not just buy a rechargeable battery pack? Its easier and way cheaper.
