The only problem in this game has been the people.
Basically the Game is Ruled by the unskilled minority, because they are the ones that would rather bitch and whine, and make excuses rather than get off thier asses and do something to better themselves.

I am giving this game one more month, then I will decide if I am still goign to play, but so far from what I've seen, I don't think I will be around.

They aren't going to nerf just because people claim things are overpowered/don't give others a chance. There was some investigation in to the deal, SE saw there was a problem and promptly fixed it. If it hurt your ego, well, I'm sorry, blame your comrades in that job for taking things and exploiting them.

Wow is sort of the same, only people who suck at the game complain that their class is gimped and weak, while those who play it and do well dont say anything, so it seems like theres only complaints and no self respect for your class.

What's it lead to? Unnecessary buffs that make powerful classes EVEN MORE powerful and then people STILL whine that the class sucks... and thats cause they FUCKING SUCK! Or nerfs to other classes or races (the undead WOTF nerf, I do feel was kind of called for though...) that don't need to be there at all.

After reading the forums for WoW I'd HATE to be in the developer's shoes day to day... they get no slack for all the work they put out, sure they get paid, but my god all these people playing and enjoying their game just sit there and throw insults at them for making such a lousy game. And they don't stop playing...strangely enough. I mean, if you hate a game cause it's lousy, why do you keep playing it?

I understand the concern, but if it's all the same to anyone I'll join the unskilled minority here. You wouldn't be seeing these changes if people weren't abusing the privileges SE thought players could handle with a little bit of self-restraint and concern for their fellow players. When players sell padded caps to NPC's they get nerfed. When they pull the plug on their systems during a transaction they get nerfed. When they equip a 999 delay weapon and do multi-hit weaponskills on purpose, they get nerfed.

When people camp argus for their 5th PCC, they get nerfed.
When rangers openly mock dragoons in the protection of their elitist god linkshells, they get nerfed.

It's not just about being too lazy to be a ranger, or too lazy to camp argus. It's about people playing ranger because ranger is imbalanced. It's about people camping argus because camping argus is imbalanced. Those people ruin the game for the "unskilled." There is an arena where a PCC hunter is "unskilled." Show up to King Behemoth, and they quickly become the whiner.

But if they change King Behemoth spawn mechanics to give others a shot, will you curse at the lazy NAs who ***** and moan until something gets done, or will you cheer that finally some justice was served? To the JP's you're a lazy NA with no clue how to claim, and if you do, no clue how to keep, and if you do, no clue how to do it every single time.

I camped my boots and got my first taste of "gil hunters." I camped VE and got my fill of "gil hunters+1." I didn't even try archer's rings. So I crafted, because for as bad as the crafting whores are, they're nowhere near as suppressive as NM gil campers. And you know what...I'm more proud of my leaping boots, because they were obtained back in the day when people who needed them were out there.

Those days are here again hopefully.

Atleast agree that a skilled Shaman > everyone else. There is no counter-part on the alliance side to rival shaman. They hit harder, heal better and are harder to kill than a PLD.(the alliance counterpart atleast)

Because the game delevopers who are bringing us changes and updates have no control over the GMs. Only the high-profile people in SE can do anything about the GM issue, but I guess they are slow to react or find it hard to replace the biased GMs, who knows? The reason they got NMs every pop is because they have been camping that NM for a long time and they get better each time they succeed. Newcomers rarely got a chance because of lack of skill. Obviously SE doesnt like that. Just because you were 6/7 doesn't mean others will have the same luck or skill.

the complaint mail goes to the same place i'm sure, only the GM complaints end up getting recycled as the CEOs toilet paper. And yes I have a 75 RNG. I gave up on most leveling activities, was only looking forward to a couple special events.

The big problem i see with this is update concerning RNG is this. You go out and buy a classic car, and proceed to dump thousands of dollars into the car to make it look/perform better. then one day, after all the toyota echo drivers complain to the Gov, you walk out to see your car stripped down to the metal with a little 3 cyliinder engine where your big block used to be.

whether you are lvl 20 or 75 all the gil you wasted on RNG is just that, wasted. I played RNG after 64 levels of DRK because i wanted to do even more damage. Now i just wasted months of leveling and a whole shitload of gil on ammo to be turned into a THF with no SATA, a BLM with no MP, a gangster rapper who (50) snitches to the feds. that shit aint right like two left shoes.

like i've explained in other posts, everyone would be upset if their job was severely altered. Ya any moron can adjust, last night i played 74 BRD for the first time, and I pulled like 12k xp in 2 hours, so i know adjusting to a job I already know is going to be cake (without any gimped as RNGs lol)

this game is easy, people just make it harder on themselves than they need to.
