this game fucking hates me

Ok... so if you are sick of weak flames then why give the time or day to even read it over? I mean, sure we can have a select few that can sit and rate topics with a couple rubber stamps that say "FAIL" or "WIN", but really isn't the irony of it all is that IF it is indeed a WEAK FLAME then why bother to even read it or even worse post in it?
 
Because in order to know if it is a weak flame or not, it must be read. After reading people declare its weakness, and we go on until where we are right now. Where the thread is pretty much in limbo.

No one really cares enough about what happened to contribute, but the thread is still bumped by people talking about things that have 0% to do with the original topic (this post for example). So the thread won't die, and Kelyon will probably post sometime soon asking why this thread hasn't died yet (i'm hoping i'll be right on this one, hahaha), and we will continue with this endless cycle until its either locked or it goes the way of the Manbearpig thread.

The QCDN flameboard is a beast very set in its ways.

Sorry man that sucks. I don't have time to find the thread or link but I remember a long time ago there was an article about someone who figured out how to DC people within a certian radius of him. He told SE about it on condition that he wouldnt be banned for it. SE fixed the problem but perhaps someone figured out how to bypass their 'fix'. Wouldn't surprise me. Good luck on your next KA claim. I really hope you get another go at it.

I think I lost a few brain cells.
Are you seriously asserting that someone else was able to do this and just disconnect Alexxia and her little friend, without disconnecting everyone within /say radius? Because last I checked, she didn't receive any tells that would have d/c'd just her, and she didn't make any mention on there being a lack of people when she logged back on or people complaining that they d/c'd.

I am going to step out on a limb and say it is odd that 2 people would be coughed off the server at the same time. I am also going to say as odd as that is, I can also believe it was the server that coughed.

Either way, I would be so god damn pissed off if I lost a claim on KA for something as rediculous as my internet dropping. I probably wouldn't post about it... but I know I would be throwing one hell of a fit in my linkshell about it. I don't think anyone here talkin' big would just take a lost claim on KA with a smile. All these 'high road' comments are just trumped up, "Haha, glad it hasn't happened to me."
 
Why the hell do people find it necessary to reply to 2 week old dead threads?
