The difference is that I leveled 1-75 better than 90% of the server. I made it myself, I didn't make my gil after being handed a LS, I'm self made. You're tied to a corporation, I'm taking vacations at will.

I came back started from scratch and am ahead of 90% of this gimp server already. You can be the smartest player on the server, but without the gear you are shit. You can't be the worlds greatest pianist playing a banjo.

It's all been said before, and here we are again. Round and round and round... well, you get the idea. So my question is... when does it get to the point that we announce a stalemate and just not give a damn anymore. Not the most popular choice for our dear performers here on the FB, but I figured I'd just take a shot in the dark here and guess that it's well past that point, and you're all just going through the normal motions.

It can be said that every little stat boost helps your DoT. It can be said that the little stat boosts are so minute to damage output that they really don't make a difference. We can argue both points, post parsers, call each other names, get everyone on the server to voice thier opinion... and where would we be...?


No where. We'd still be here. It's like... watching apes squabble over a peanut. But please... continue. Just thought I'd put this pissing contest into context for those who aren't familiar. (Who isn't?)
