If I am reading you question right, that is what we started talking about in this thread. Miros is going to implement the Rep system back so people understand how to use it better. I guess it never went away, it's just now called "post a comment." Hence why now I have a ton of E-peen (I guess what's what it's called).
 
I recently installed a "reputation enhancement system" which gives me some extra options when it comes to the rep items. Options such as making it so when you rep someone up, the maximum amount of points you can give a person is around 50. This will prevent ridiculous points given to people. I will install the extended reputation system hopefully tonight when the boyfriend goes to work. Be warned, however, the images will not be moogles or bombs since I do not have those again. It is possible to change the images in case anyone here is feeling creative and willing to do some work!

It does look a little funky and is this the same amount of old reputation? Because I remember some people having more and remember some people having less.
