Since we're not on strike, we CAN do an awards show!

I'm looking for people to post their picks for "Thread of the Year" and "User" of the year.

(please note: any and all self nominations for bogus reasons will result in a severe and unstoppable butt rape courtesy of Miros, or a giant panda bear if you're already gay and would enjoy that sort of thing)

I think making someone User of the Year for a dumb quote is worst than making a sig maker one ;|

Vilurum for user of the year. Always makes helpful and pertinent posts, and cuts out the bullshit. Bullshit is fun to read sometimes, but gets old quick.

Seconded. I don't think I've ever read a single post of his that wasn't intelligent and helpful in some way.

I would agree with this too. Even though we don't see eye to eye on some subjects he has always stated in calm logical way, unlike a good portion of this boards members.


Also think kisada should be nominated for leading the resistance for SE to change there policy.

Vilurum in '08 has my vote.
 
I don't really see why not, his posts in my blue mage thread as well as others helped a lot in choice making and knows quite a bit about other jobs in general, not trying to streamline the thread with just 'vil for president!' but no other nominations?

There are others who give good info regardless of 'conflicting personalities'

You should try being in an LS with him. You ask one question, you get a paragraph.. complete with flow charts and time-space theories.
