So I'm at the Raider game today. before kick off i see a couple folks I haven't seen in a while in the section above me. i walk up to the concorse and turn to go up the stairs to the 2nd deck when I get jumped by a couple guys I had had problems with a long time ago.

One of the guys slips on something and hits his head on the rail. The other guy falls off me and in range for a few punches. he was off balance so I just destroyed his ass.

If you go to stadiums, there is a set of stairs, with a little 3-4ft platform, then another set of stairs. i was on the platform and turned around and saw the other guy holding his on the first set of stairs. so i kicked him in the face. he's lucky i didn't have my boots on, i had my air force ones that match my whole raider set up.

Cops show up, wrap me up and haul me off. Now i have an appearance to make in court and my PSLs mmight get taken from me. for those of you who don't know, a PSL(personal seat license) is purchased for a seat, and that seat is mine for 10 years.

I talked to the cop and he told me i would probably be tried for kicking the second guy. and that my PSL's have a 90% chance of being taken away since I sent the guy to the hospital. the two psl's ran me about 5k, and 1k for this seasons tickets, and all that might be gone because two pussies (who i have seen all over the place individually) finally decided to grow some balls and do something about a 2 year old beef.

its a real pussified country we live in when a man can't defend himself. even if i don't get tried criminially, i'm almost sure to lose my seats.

fucking country was founded on kicking ass, now its run by a bunch of pussies who won't even go to war for thier own country.
 
Just let the judge(and stadium reps) know what happened. You went to talk to some friends, and some dirtbags jumped you and you defended yourself. Then question if that was wrong, and if they say yes, call them communist terrorists infringing on a mans right to defend himself. Also, make sure they know it was multiple people that started with you.

Just make sure in no way possible you let them think you were the trouble maker.

its because i kicked the guy in the face when he didn't "pose a threat" or some bullshit.

I'll try temporary insanity.
 
I think you can get off for self-defense, as long as your safety was threatened in the situation and you didn't engage in a conversation with them a bit before the brawl.
 
...let me get this straight. so one guy slips, you kick the other guys ass, and the the first guy that slipped was sneaking up behind you. you kick him in the face, and you get in truble? ...GOD DAMN THIS COUNTRY! it was only self defence, and if the judge sees it in another way, take it to an appeals court. they will, for sure, see it your way.
 
Buy a gun and kill them both.
Then they can't testify, and you keep your seats.

Of course, I dunno if Raider Tickets are worth $5k, let alone off two fuckers.

I remember back in high school somebody jumped me and I elbowed them in the face. They started it but I ended up doing a lot more damage to them. We were both suspended but I got suspended for longer.

99% of liberals don't watch the news. Don't read the newspaper. Don't pay enough taxes to actually be affect by cuts or raises. Don't have friends or family who have ever considered joining the military but act like they care more about our soldiers than the conservatives who actually are soldiers.
