I am definetly agreeing with Vang and Firestreak here. Argue the self defence thing to the stadium saying that you felt threatened that if you did not defend yourself you would have suffered seriuse injury etc. The Self Defence argument is your only real hope for your seat man... Sorry to hear about it.

I read the USA Today everyday. Not the sports section.
I flip between C-spans all night at work. I have 3 to flip through.

I didn't vote for Bush either time.

I watch the news.

I'm a teacher, so the stupid shit Bush has done while he was in office affects me directly.

I paid over 1k in taxes last year (in addition to what they took from my check)

I have friends in Iraq, one of which is an in game friend.

I also helped campaign against Bush in the last election.

Involved enough for you?

We're not all 16 year old whiners who don't pay taxes.

I'm pretty sure everyone is arguing for self-defense. The only thing vang and firestreak did was pull incorrect and unjustified figures out of their ass.

Maybe I read it wrong.. but you kicked the guy on the ground in the face just because you could, not because he was actually a threat.

Also, theres a little self-defense clause on the use of excessive force. From what you wrote it doesnt sound like you thought either of these guys was any kind of threat (you dont mention for instance actually getting hurt at all) so beating the tar out of them would probably flag excessive force pretty quickly if you tried to plead self-defense.

I can see where a stadium would want to prevent you from coming back.

Ya, i said i booted the guy in the face, i didn't have to, he was out of it already from nose diving into the rail.

the first guy and me were engaged, he fell kind of, was off balanced and I ate his ass up. that was a legit fight.

the kick was for fun.

my lawyer got back to me today, no criminal charges being filed, and he's still talking to coliseum reps and says it looks ok.

i can go to the game this weekend so thats good :D

If you really want to fight at a football game come to Pittsburgh when the Raiders play here. There is always plenty of people that will go a few rounds with you just for wearing a Raiders jersey. Of course Pittsburghers don't fight fair so I would suggest bringing a few friends or just wearing a Ben Rothisburger jersey.
