This is a constructive overview on things we could improve on. Seeing that nothing on the hidden forum contains something like this. I'm taking the liberty to do this and try and help the shell get further up in the tiers. I'm hoping this will be a success and show significant improvement in performance.

How this can work is that I'll put up a simple list of objectives to act on next run. They will be posted in yellow showing a first time issue, then during the next run, if they do not improve, they will go to orange, then red. Red being that it needs to seriously be implemented next run.

I can understand the desire to have the shell your in succeed, however this post just went a little too far. Stages of urgency's? Really? It just seemed like a little much to me. Not to mention the items that you put in weren't really anything as urgent as you post.

Number 1 was the lack of healing magic in your party. There was a healer in your party. I made sure to have a redmage in that party to heal you all. Later on I hear you said that a Red Mage can't heal. <_<; Really?

#2 was listening to leaders which most people did. We're just spammers in the LS chat cause we're spamming whores.

#3 - Entry time needs to be sped up: If I recall correctly...it was actually YOU who slowed down our time going in during the last run. From what I was told from members in the outside party that you were leader, you got the lamp and just stood there for a bit.

Blahdiddy blah blah anywho. This is what was later in the post.

Any thing else seen by members that they feel should be placed on the list. Please post in a courteous manner and I will put it up there.

I also understand not all members have access to the forums on here. So we must some how accommodate those members by relaying information during our gathering time.

So since I had already heard that you do your best to take over events and whatnot...I would say that this justify's that reputation.

I will admit that the boards were basically just used for showing points, Justinp and I were going to be putting up more information. For the last few weeks (since the shell is still that new) we had been focusing on recruiting and getting people to show on time since we also have a few EU people. Now that we actually have more then 18 people showing up, we can go after the boss without worry.

The last few weeks we were barely getting 18 people to show. Sometimes 20-22 and we didn't have enough people to even think about going after the boss. Even though we did and usually wiped for fun. lol While your posts were semi-helpful, it would have been a better idea to come to us first and maybe see if we were already doing something similar.

I personally welcome any advice that an LS mate can give. Especially since we've gotten some members who came over from Einhertards I believe. Not to belittle at all, but I wouldn't have been so inclined to have you told to take a step back if you were more experienced with Einherjar.

I spoke to JP about this whole situation while it was happening and it sounded like you were the one being hard headed and not willing to see our side. I don't think i've actually ever heard Justinp angry or upset so I'm not fully buying what you're saying about him.

As for the rest of your post...well it confuses the hell out of me. Where is this time management shit coming from? I didn't have a problem with you at all. You were the one who dropped your pearl and removed yourself from the private forum. It wasn't us who pushed you out, we just wanted you to not act like you've been an Einherjar veteran.

Though what I do expect, is hopefully a shot at a second chance. If that fails, the so be it, and I hope maybe one day.

Making a flame about us isn't exactly the way to say "Hey, lemme back in!"

I flamed a shell that wasn't publicly made known of. They themselves chose to be target by naming who they are. That's their choice to do so. As I said. So be it if they choose not. I just hope they'll maybe, have the slightest chance to better themselves in some way for this. They could have just as easily seen my reasoning behind the actions I took and reconsidered them to see it was for the best and not to step on someones shoes. They chose the other route.

Faith would help, yes. Though a leader must also have faith in it's followers. If that doesn't happen, then things could eventually lead to mutiny.

I do see to an extent how just hitting seventy five then critiquing a run would come across as arrogance, but I did the run and died during, just like everyone else. Though the leaders of that shell HAVE done endgame for quite some time. So they should know what is required of them before they even start the shell. (Speaking of a critiquing method of how to improve since they themselves know they were knew to the event.)

Your points made are heard, and understood, and taken into consideration. Slaps in the face are sometimes needed.

I was ready to take the fall, and I know this because I'm getting things out of this and understanding where things said, are coming from. Yet to be singled out by an act of leadership qualities and actions, wasn't needed either since the proceedings to the events gave light to walk the path I took.

I'm not going to touch too much on this, because I know the leaders themselves are going to be speaking on their own behalf.

If you think you have great leadership qualities and actions, then maybe you should start your own endgame shells then. I think a lot of people have leadership qualities, but they're not leaders in LSes. Being a leader in an LS doesn't mean you're just some stupid sheep all the time , in real life and in game. All the stuff you said in your posts is something anyone could have said. It doesn't make you leadership material.

It was your first run of Einherjar with us, and though we are a new shell we still have much to learn, even myself although I have done many runs of Einherjar on an old shell back on my old server, there is still much to learn. We have to take things a step at a time and even if it is your first run you cannot just barge in and try to take control of a shell you have no authority in. JP did try to talk to you in a nice civil manor and from what I have heard from other members you almost demanded to be made leader, and the last time I checked, if you have just been accepted into a shell you are not going to be a leader of the shell on that day. Even if you read up on the bosses on Wiki or any other similar site that does not necessarily mean that is the ONLY way it can be done, there are many different ways things can be done and it takes experimentation to find those other strategies that could be or could not be better than what has been put up on those sites. I am not saying the sites are wrong or invalid I am just saying that there could possibly be more than one way to go about something than what has already been found and there is much to be found on the game that has yet to be discovered.

I didn't slow the shell down, I went to the party, and traded to Lordgama who ended up running to the door after the trade window opened. I then called out his name and told him to come back. I then handed it out to him, then to the Taru (Forgot his name) and he ran off to the door too. So I gave it to the rest of the member, then found out gama never go his lamp.

I did say there wasn't a healer in my party, reason being. They didn't heal, if they did. It wasn't much since my party died quite a bit faster then the others.

The urgencies was a bit much as I look back on it. And I wasn't targeting you directly as I said. I was just annoyed at being judged. And attempting to take over wasn't the intention though was seen that way.

And Justin and I kept arguing/discussing on and on and so he finally said he had to head out. So I left it at that.

I've already explained myself about the leadership demanding and that is false. I simply took what comments had been said about my actions and asked why they took offense to leadership actions.

I also touched on understanding the difference between reading and doing. It's like an astronaut and a scientist who studies space, is the astronaut goes out there into the danger, while the scientists sees it from a safe location but doesn't get the first hand experience. I get that.

First, it doesn't make it a flame unless you use names.... Miros, Shadowalex, Darkraziel, and myself leads an Einherjar shell called GlowSticks. Now, you in the first place made the shell go in late because your party was the only one sitting out of the area. So, you didn't help there. After waiting for 7 minutes because of your party (we usually take 1-2 to get in) we raped the mobs. Got to the boss with 14 minutes left, and could of won. Yes, people didn't listen at first but they did eventually.

Then, you go ahead and make these posts. I feel it was a great idea, and was going to go ahead and use the idea, however I and many other did not feel it was right to go ahead and do it yourself. As I told you many of times, you came on too strong. I am not hardheaded, I love the help, I took many suggestions that night, and I was going to put it into the private forum the next day. Ask anyone who has done anything with me, I am a reasonable person and will take anything you say into consideration. As I can see, you did take my PM too harshly, I definitely did not kick you from the shell. You left yourself. I didn't feel that you made me feel less of a leader, but I don't appreciate you yelling commands at my members either and you have no idea what your talking about.

You need to stop acting like this is not a flame against the shell. All you are trying to do is get sympathy. I acted civil about it, you know damn well I did, and you had to bring it into the flameboard. As for a second chance?, I didn't even kick you. If you would of just said "Ok" and let it go, YOU WOULD STILL BE IN THE SHELL. But no, you resorted to using the flameboard for "halp" and insults to me and the members of my shell such as:

So instead pointing out that whoever the RDM was wasn't healing, you just said there wasn't a healer in the party? Those are two different things and you should be able to see the difference. As I said, on my old server I have done many Einherjar runs many time, while as this was your first run ever and you just read up on the boss strategies so in other words since the Linkshell goes out and does things by trial and error they are the "astronauts" and by reading the strategies with no real experience you would be the "scientist"

To admit defeat is one who learns what was the cause to that ending. I'm not like most people, in certain areas. And learning from mistakes is a decent quality about someone. It's how I learned most of what I know, but going out there and doing things and failing, then trying again and learning. Same method you use currently for Einherjar.

You're simply stating almost that you shouldn't accept defeat and do the same failing method over and over in the event.
