Whut it is mann. my computer been down so i been away but i always come back w/ vengeance, u boyz know how we does it. OK, im sittin in jeuno shouting something along the lines of "BossHoggOutlawz Linkshell, We on some real shit G. Holla at ya boy Yusuke for a pearl, thatz what it is G". And i get a grip of idiots who wanna correct my speech and shit, ya kno? 2 things, 1. im advertising my Linkshell, u aint gotta comment on it, stfu and mind yo bizness. 2. people saying no one can understand that and shit, If u cant understand it then i sure as hell dont want yo lame ass in my Linkshell, u feel me? Yea, i only remember two of the fags names, Nibble and Trindel. Im like dont u foolz got something better to do lol. I personally have no clue what it is you're saying with that shout, and I'm sure others don't either. If you want to talk like that inside your linkshell that's fine, but when you're displaying a public face to recruit people, they need to be able to understand you. Purposefully talking in nonsense is just ridiculous and it severely hinders other people's opinions of your intelligence and ablility. If instead of shouting like that, you let people know whatever your linkshell is around for (social, hnm, gods, etc) and maybe said something about requirements, you might get real responses.

In regards to people responding to what you shout out in jeuno, you shouting is public speach and anyone can reply if they want to. You don't want anyone to reply, keep it private, which would mean /tells. Also, if you were spamming that in jeuno, I would understand people being rude to get you to stop.

See what i don't get is how some ppl claim not to know what yusuke is saying yet they know it's about shouting in jeuno. It's probably hard to adjust but i know and we all know that honestly you can read that.

And if you can't understand then don't bother commenting. Sounds like the 1st grade all over again. To me it seems as though we have a member who chooses to unveil the face of his urban self to his FFXI surrounding through the useage of his slang. Here there are thousands you wouldn't not understand due to language barrier. To tell someone you don't understand them, then undermind what they are saying creates predujust company. In movies, books, music, speech "real life", and in this case the MMORPG video game. We all perfer each individual to have character, rather everyone look and sound the same.

/Shout is necessary when searching for members who may be interested in what we have to offer. And i have seen people complain about others spaming when they only do 2 lines a minute for a very short period of time. No one here is good enough to tell anyone else how to present themselves to the public. Lower Jeuno is a loud place plain and simple.
 
Anttaru, I'd like to be able to easily understand what the hell he's saying. It's the same as if someone was speaking say Russian to me, I'd ask if they know english because I don't understand what they're saying. The ability to communicate is critical no matter where you are, so people asking him to say something that everyone can understand is far from oppressive.

He doesn't like people who don't like the way he talks? Fine, all I said was that he should be willing to stop talking like that if need be, for recruiting or partying or whatever. Asking him to explain what he's doing in clear, concise language that everyone, even those who aren't familiar with the idioms he uses, can understand isn't insulting. I'm trying to help him understand what he'd have to do to deal with other people who aren't the same as he is.

He's not even saying anything about what his linkshell is about in his shouts, so why should I or anyone join it? He neglected basic information which I suggested that he might want to add to help people understand what his linkshell was created for.

You had to have had a clue as to what he was saying to even oppose him in the first place.

Todays media suggests that this type of slang is a part of "Urban Culture". It's not for everyone obviously, but to say it's nonsense and how it hinders peoples opinion on his intelligence, is a kinda tactless method of coming to understand his reason of being. It's very obvious that he wrote like that on purpose cause anyone that is familar with the slang can tell you, the way he wrote it is correct in that way.

Proving he is true to his culture. He came here and wrote with pride, how he was critisized for talking in slang, and is facing more discrimination. There are millions who accept this, and millions who don't.

We are either seeking our own, or willing to roll with the flexable. This one seeking LS mates was not for you and anyone who does not understand this style of pop culture. It's been around for awhile, and it's very real. To write like that is only a matter of expression. In reality it connects a kind of people to a point where they can find people with the same interests. For instance many would know this guy is interested in Hip Hop music, he needn't even mention it, and his kind of people already have a heads up, isn't that nice ?

Alrighty Yuyu, w/e ur name is. When you type it really does get annoying real fast and with the quickness. I understand this is a "roleplaying game" but holy shit you dont need to keep it That real. There is a limit to all things and by all the post you get on "ruining" the lanuage named: English, many of us are surprised you still have caught on and chilled out.

My friend Blackachu is black and no where near in hell does he speak like you do on this game. He types in a manner which many can understand. Even his brother, Shadowzero speaks like how you type irl, but doesnt type like that at all. Maybe thats why so many ppl talk down to you and dont repect you or the ls your trying to represent.

I'm very sure you may have good members, but you do them no good making youself look "gangster".
