I've never seen Yusake in game and personally, none of this really bothers me. But I do want to say how much fun I've had reading this thread. I can't tell you the last time I laughed so hard. Take it easy, kids.
 
Wow, what a thread. I don't really know what I can add that wouldn't be termed rasist by black people, although whites would probably agree. I read this entire thread from the very start....my eyes are still bleeding.....but I have one question.....Who or what is it about? Yusuke's point escaped me but as it went on the whole thing got more confusing as everyone picked apart his choice of "words" and "phrases". I was able to decypher enough to tell that people realy don't like the whole /shout in a foreign language thing....but look at it this way....We don't understand them so we can't reply so they only isolate themselves.

My younger brother (19) speaks 'street' so I became quite accustomed to translating it on the fly. I understand what he's saying and do agree that he's taking a bit of a gruff approach to advertisement. But, to each their own.

Unfortunately, my superior street translating skills has yet to net me any job worth mentioning.

I would have to whole heartedly side with Dowz on everything in this post... I don't see why it's so bad, yes it's annoying at times when someone types like that, and I'm a WHITE bastard and can't understand some of it till I read it a sec, but like they said it's no diff than scrambled english from a Japanese or Spanish player or anything at all...

Just let him be, and let him talk how he wants and if you don't get it then leave it alone and leave him alone, :P I saw him last night before our Dynamis run... was funny XD but eh w/e works for him :D dunno why people bash him so damn much..

When spanish/Japanese people speak in broken english, it's because this is their second language. When Yusuke does it, it's because he goes thru extra trouble to try and look uneducated so he will look like he is "Keepin it real"...

The point of this entire thread, at least for those arguing against Yusuke, is that English is his first language. Not spanish, not chinese, not native hawaiian, -ENGLISH-. And speaking english, and from when I've personally seen him talking in lower jeuno (not /sh, and double-checked the bazaar comment to make sure, was kinda a wtf? moment), he is perfectly capable of typing english like the rest of us here. But instead of that, he goes off typing e-gangster or whatever that drivel is called, going through extra effort to make his posts halfway unreadable to the majority of people here. All folks want is for him to STFU with the ghetto-talk, and make with the english.

Though on the other hand, I suppose this is the same as if he was typing in pig latin or something. A joke, meant for the ha-ha's. But as it's the only thing he types in... the joke's dead, buried, and 80% decayed.
