Hey, you might be able to get that account locked and returned to you. Last month there were a lot of hacked/stolen accounts and just yesterday SE has FINALLY started doing something about it and people are getting their accounts locked and returned. You just need to call and provide some information like... POL ID, the CC you used, full name, date of birth. They will be starting a new policy soon so that this sort of thing won't happen in the future.
