One is merely for convenience, the other I feel would be a great tool for party forming and deciding on accepting/giving invites.
#1 - A bazaar /search option that would let you check all open bazaars in your zone for any specific item you're looking for. It wouldn't compare prices or anything like that - just let you know that it's there, and leave the window shopping to you. There's dozens of bazaars on each level of Jeuno (Not to mention the other main towns) and I don't want to wade through 20+ /checks to find what I'm looking for.
#2 - There's only so much you can describe about yourself in 3 lines of search comment. IMO, when you put your flag up, you're able to be /checked by anyone, anywhere through a menu choice when selected in the 'seek party' menu. When I form my own parties, I like to know if the potential member is up-to-date, or trying to get by with Lizard gear in the Nest. On the flip side, being invited to a party should open the existing members up for checking by the invitee - thus preventing someone from joining a death-trap party before it starts. It'd give people more of a reason to update their gear, spells, and such before going out to level and give pt leaders more tools to weed out the gimps and select the best possible choice.
I dunno, maybe just wild late-night thoughts from me.
