I find it hard to believe that there isn't one other lifeform somewhere out in the universe. I think all the "we spotted a ufo and they want to take us with them!!!" shit is kinda BS. I think if "aliens" came to earth people would know about that shit, it'd be like independence day. Anyways, I believe intelligent aliens are possible but not probable. I do believe it's much more likely that there are other simple life forms out there somewhere, even if it's just microscopic. Anyway, I'd say with a 100% certainty that there's life on another planet. Whether its intelligent or not, I don't know. However, consider this.

There's, like, over 10000000000 galaxies out there. If each galaxy contains 1 million planetary systems, that brings us to 10000000000000000 possible planetary systems. If only 0.00001% of these have planets with conditions similar to earth, that brings us to 10000000000 planets with conditions similar to earth. If 1% of these contains life, we get 10000000000 planets with life. If 0.0001% of these have intelligent life, we get a total of 100000 planets with intelligent life throughout the universe. So I'd say odds are rather large that there's at least one other planet besides us in the Universe that have intelligent life.
