Rones said:That anti mpk change is good. Prevents that mpk we saw in a thrad in the fb recently of a rdm who was grabbing all the beetles. He was killed by someone casting dia on one of the beetles he had hate on. Beetle kept attacking him, but he couldn't sleep or charm it because it was claimed by the dia.
I don't see anything about a mob not attacking you just because you can't attack it. If you grab hate on a claimed mob it will still attack you, but you won't be able to attack it. If they changed that, hnms would be easy. Put the whms in a party outside the alliance and they would never get attacked because they never have claim of it despite cure bombing. Thus, power lvlers can still tank.
Where do you see that? Their picture is specifically refering to claiming of unclaimed mobs. No where does it say you don't build hate. It just states you don't get the claim unless you have the most hate or the person with the most hate does something to specifically take claim (like attack it).dedalius said:The way I read it is you don't generate hate on the mob unless you can attack it. So PL would curebomb all they want and never take hate.

For example: I banishga 2 bunnies. I will get claim on the one I targeted and hate on the other. Now if you cast dia on the unclaimed bunny, you would get claim in the past. However, now you won't get claim until you build enough hate to make it attack you instead of me. If in the meantime I attack that bunny, I will get claim immidiately because I have the hate.

Btw when'll we get the job adjustment? i only see whm pld and rng in the description.... where's MINE??????!!!!
Exactly. Back to my example, it means I wouldn't be attacked by a bunny I couldn't attack. This is done by not giving the person claim who cast dia on the unclaimed bunny I hit with banishga. Its not worded the best, but their explanation that follows matches what I've been describing. They aren't doing it by not giving you hate, they are doing it by not giving someone else claim on an unclaimed enemy if you still have hate. This best relates to hnm kiting where someone sneaks in a dia when it goes unclaimed for a sec. Now that won't work.Tagrineth said:Above the pictures:

Correct. If it was just a link and was unclaimed, most any action would grab hate and claim it for me. Its a change to stop mpk through mob stealing.dedalius said:I get it now, Rones is right. Link's don't generate much hate. So he would be able to.

If it was way you described, it would be exploited extremely in all hnm fights. There would be no point to -enimity gear end game either. Just sit outside the alliance, cure bomb with +50 enimity and you couldn't ever get attacked. That isn't what they are doing.
