that new whm ability is bad ass, i wonder if it can stack with haste ;o
probably not, but its still bad ass though

This would make me so fucking happy!
Any Person that has ever played with me knows I ask for haste so damn mutch I might as well have had made a macro by now.

But Still,
Erasega? Awsome.
Cursnaga? Awsome.
Silenaga? Awsome!

More importantly: Banish III.
I really don't think you people apreciate The WHM abilities to do damage :D Banish III makes me very happy.

I really do hope the bite/catch rate is way, way up. I've got kind of a soft spot in my heart for fishing - It's basically responsible for me going from "ZOMG 20K GIL SO EXPENSIVE" to "Hey, I've got 2 million burning a hole in my pocket." Maybe I'll go back to pushing the skill to 100. We need more NA 100 fishers on Quetz :D

"Divine Veil" - Oooooooooh, baby! Being able to cure an entire party's status ailment with one spell? No more Cursna, Cursna, Cursna, Cursna, Cursna, Cursna... Wooo! That's going to save ton of MP. :D

My friend you missed your biggest payoff, I think:

The reward for a single moat carp in the quests "The Rivalry" and "The Competition" has been changed to match the amount received when selling the fish to other NPCs.

Did'nt I see that they also allowed Forest Carp to be traded from now on?

yay new whm ability.

hope the recast time isnt bad.

On the ENM thing:

These rewards will be forfeit in the below situations :

-A character is currently KO’d.
-A character is too far away from the armoury crate.
-A character is currently not in the party/alliance of the person who opened the armoury crate.

Alliance? If they are to make unique items drop on this, I hope it won't be one single drop, cause doing it all over again for every ALLIANCE members, one would spend 20-24 hours doing so.....

Edit: Nevermind

After undertaking a particular ENM quest and entering the battlefield, regardless of the success or failure of the battle, five Earth days must pass before the same battlefield can be reentered.

I'm particularly looking forward to the new SMN merit abils.

Not sure if that MP cost is for elemental spirits only or avatars though...but if it's avatars...ohhhhhhhhh shit.

Catch #1.

Sorry, because now 90% of all FFXI players are screwed. Let me explain.. even if you fail or win, 5 earth days? This will keep anyone from jumping in, and will make people have to do careful planning and the right jobs with the good gear, because the reward is great and people will be pissed as hell if they lose their chance at it and have to wait a damn workweek every time. I forsee god/HNM/dynamis ls' doing this mostly, or only people you trust and know will do their job. Forgot about seeing random tells asking someone to join to do ENM, and if you do don't be fooled, they probably won't win, heh. They will be scared into picking people they know to be skilled and trust, and even then it will probably take a keen sense of teamwork and strong good work and timing to win these.

We'll have to see what else they have in store, and how hard these are, but I don't think too many of these will be won, heh.

Euh.... I agree with you Sanjo.... but please stop yelling....

One more thing no one pointed out:

The samurai job trait Zanshin has been added.
After gaining this job trait, samurais may attack again immediately after missing a target.

This is wicked.... hit again if you miss? I know, not all the time, like double-attack, but man....

I meant to bold the part in your quote about the day limit.. and uh... SAMURAI AND WHM GET COOl, omg ^^ I forsee a lot of smn forgetting dex and accu after this trait is earned, and then maybe going str and not caring if they miss anymore

Are you the only one? I thought one or two of the ferry fishers were 100, but I can never tell these days. Regardless, I've still got ~35 levels to go, so it won't be anytime soon.

Ive yet to see another NA/EU 100 fisher or hear about one from our server. Marissa's fishing forum or other Im yet to see anything... but maybe there is =)

Given that you and GP got pretty far up there I wouldn't doubt others were as ambitious and achieved it at some point.

Well for one my good friend Radiozo or however his freakish name was spelled ^^

I thought Radiozo stopped at 96?

Pfft all that freak did was fish, then he gave his charrie to his friend who made good use of it. I learned about this during my RDM AF3 run when she joined and played as both her monk and her new taru slave Rad.

Don't think so. It specifically says it's for status ailment removing spells... which is still awesome. Cursna-ga after fighting those freakin' Lemires in King Ranp's Tomb...

I think everyone is missing how Divine Veil works

The job trait Divine Veil enhances the effect of the job ability Divine Seal. When cast after using Divine Seal, the effect area for spells that remove status ailments will increase from a single target to a small radius.

When you use Divine Seal, then cast paralyna or whatever on a person, it gives it an AoE effect. Divine Veil is not an ability that you use.
