well, since this thread has been sucessfully derailed due to lack of responce by valkyrs members, I'll place my own semi-derailing point of thought. 47 of my assumed-on-page-one 50 pages so far.
back on topic. this isn't justifiable really. villarel has apparently told the LS members inside the LS that triumphantbeginning came after they had been exping for a while and took all of their exp mobs, plus they were in desperate for a stone, so they justified stealing by that story. not really an excuse, what they did was wrong and it was even more wrong to not give the stone back.
now to TB's side, you're wrong for taking their exp mobs. technically wrong, no, morally, yes it is. same with them stealing. ulli isn't really a mob that has to be camped so much as to take all the mobs, you can just wait and let the exp parties kill the PH, he isn't going to pop any faster if you wipe the room clean as if you kill the single middle PH he has, so why didn't you just camp the center and do that?
both sides are wrong, if you both just admit that then this could be solved and ended pretty fast, at least in my opinion.

We were in the middle.
Jojojo (whome is in our ls) didn't mention anything in ls about them not getting any exp. because we were only 6 there. we didn't kill everything there. we left all the mobs for the party except for those in between the pillars.

And if we did. Since Jojojo was PT'ing in with them. I'd have no problem whatsoever on letting them get 'all' the golems in there.

As we were headed up to Ulli, we talked in LS to a member of their PT. They were just moving to the camp. If they were there more than 15min before us, I'd be surprised.

Oh, guess I covered that.
Secondly, they knew we were headed to Ulli camp in the first place since we discussed it in advance with a member of their PT and asked them if it would be alright for him to join us if we got claim. They knew this and still headed to Ulli camp.
Their justification holds absolutely no water. Read their justification then go back to my first post and believe what you will.

We did fine on our first byakko a few weeks back and are gearing up for kirin. Replacing seal is hardly too much to ask. They got haidate and a handful of behemoth hides, should they hand those over too? Oh, and a simple apology would also suffice. But wait, I guess we're scrubs that don't deserve one.

Tymon...Dont post stuff if you arent sure what you heard. No one from Valk has claimed that they came and killed their xp mobs.
I just have to make a comment on that. As far as I know, they were already at Ulli camp and Jojojo asked if his ls could come kill ulli, to which they replied no.They also had in their seacom that they were camping ulli. This makes me wonder what Jojojo has been telling you guys for his part...

Wait... why would they ask a exp party if its okay for them to camp ulli?
And of course you're going to camp a NM if you're exping next to his spawn spot. You'd be stupid not to grab him and kill him if he popped. So yeah, its cheap and easy for them to say they were "camping" Ulli.
And secondly, why is Valkyrs suddenly posting this stuff after a huge time interval between the initial occurence? Could you guys actually have the person that was involved tell his own side of the story?
However, I will credit you with effective info-manipulation of a situation to make yourselves look better.

If they were so hellbent on camping Ulli, where were they? I only saw one member, Liefe, invis, before we got claim. In the first SS you can clearly see no other PT around when Ulli pops.
Sorry, I don't think they can worm their way out of this one.
