If what he did was against ToS then the whole server is to be banned, because as you know we have bought from them off of the Auction House willing or not, and yes that helped them obtain the gil that was sold so intern the whole server is guilty according to what you have said.

Guilty of a crime sure but not just as guilty as the gunman. It's the difference between being guilty of manslaughter and being an accessory. Thus is the problem of understanding that laws exist but not knowing any of their details. Furthermore, how is hanging RMT the same as being the driver for the drive by? He didn't participate in any RMT. He doesn't run IGE. He's not on their payroll, he doesn't gil gil to the buyers. It's more like you find out whoever the gunman is fucking and put her in jail too for murder.
 
To be honest.. when it comes to Ulli I try to get a group from the LS (BLM fun :D) to go up and get merits/exp on stones and a chance at ulli. Now if there's a group already up there I'll just be fine with exping and let the group camping Ulli take it fine. Anyways.. Valkrys was done with sky last I knew. I know Artem was telling me how (atleast several months back) they were getting gear for people's third and even fourth jobs to 75. And then he got annoyed with new people being invited to Valkrys instead of just going to a new place like sea gods or land HNMs. *shrugs*
 
We arent trying to burn a whole ls down because two people did something wrong, but its not just 2 people from the LS, its the LEADER of a so called "respected LS" that as meeze has said only gets shit for peoples 3-4th job in sky, If they have been up there so long, you would think they would have learned a little common courteousy, and btw Etern... the Leader doing the wrong thing and condoning the wrong thing done, and taking part in what was done does reflect on the LS as a whole, they're led by a theif... makes you wonder about anyone who would follow such a person..

My friend was hanging out with a guy. The guy slices a womans throat. They were together, they both get charged for murder. Friend did 11 years for that. The other guy got 16-life but got killed a few years into it.

I was down the block almost got sent up for that murder too.

I forget which gov it was, but it was the same guy who did three strikes i think.
 
Eternalist that is a law in California, not where i come from,and not where most people come from, So it's your opinion on his guilt because of the way you were raised. The bringing up of a person changes their whole mindset and depending on the rules that you have known all of your life guilty to one person can be complete and absolute innocence to another.

They went to the liqour store, as they left the guy sees this woman tackles her and slices her throat. My friend being 16, ran when the guy did. I was on my way to the store, saw them running and ran back to the house with them. The way that particular store is on the corner the murder happened outside of view of where my friend was actually standing. Police felt he was withholding info and was charged with murder 1. If I remember right he plead down to murder 2 and just recently got out. This was in CA in 95, July 23rd, day after my bday.
 
If you read on page 2 or 3 I believe states that I spoke to some members.
Including a NA and JP member whome I know.
they said that the leader wont reply them.
They have no control over what is going on.

this is to Yanzi..First I have no idea who you are, but we just want what was rightfully ours. I'm sorry that trust between NA linkshells isnt allowed to exist anymore. The only NA Ls's i have any trust in at all are Kaizen, CK, and Affinity. Neither one of those LS's will be spamming voke on a mob that you rightfully claimed, all of those would be interested in helping you out and giving you the stone back if by some chance you were too wipe at ulli. Kaizen is the LS with the most respect for other that i know of. When hunting with them in sky, they will avoid Countercamping someone unless there's only one NM left, and aif you beat them to a claim all they do to you is /em cheer <t> and standby incase you wipe. I'm just sorry to see NA ls's turn out that this. No wonder most Japanese hate us, we can't even get along with each other much less people from another country....

If all your friend says is true it sounds like a case of wrongful prosecution. He was charged not for something he did but what they felt he did incorrectly. A terrible thing to have happen but it's a problem in the way the legal system handled that specific case not a general law that says guilty by association.

Important not to brush that case off because if all that happened there is true it's terrible and something needs to be done, but when trying to fix that you need to look at the specifics of that case not a general problem with the law.

You got 2 of them there but not the third. It's not a common interest. Their interest is to sell gil, against the rules. His interest is to amass gil, quite within the rules. Think of it like those bankers put in jail for helping the mafia money launder. Different interests. You can charge them with crimes, but not every crime the mafia committed.

What the hell this has to do with Valkyrs? I'm totally clueless. But one thing is for certain. Stealing is very wrong unless they do it.

Now this was over 10 years ago, so my recollection isn't exact. The law had recently been put in (within a year or two of this happening) and the basic idea i got when talking to my friends lawyer was that if you are with someone who commits a crime and aren't trying to stop or report it you are just as guilty as they are.
