sign up from school, a friends house, a library, ur parents house, ur sisters house, ur brothers house, ur gfs house, ur bfs house, u can change ur IP (i kno a guy who does this weekly)

If pup has the IP, he can do a trace to determine approximately where the poster is located geographically.
 
Just checked it, coming from the Asian Pacific Network Information Centre, its located somewhere in Asia, thats all I can really get, or willing to post anyway.
 
i wish i had an edit button, when i first started i thought it would be cool to play with the japs, but then i meet sum, i also played PSO on gamecube, and there was an american, european, and jap server(called ships), which all players in every region had access to all, go to a jap ship and see how much they like when they find out ur american

That is odd, APNIC is there version of Internic and Network Solutions together. A Trace route should not be ending there, but either way if the IP was assigned by APNIC then it is going to an Asian host.

Someone could still be IP Spoofing though a Proxy Server located in JP, but either way this flame should be between vang and him with someone translating. (IMHO)
 
Ok people Tiamat-san is a friend of Shel and shes now putting together His/Her version of the story. By comparing the two we might see what the hell happend in there. Btw, they already started to talk about this very topic in the JP boards wich was previously linked in my post. I will translate them as soon as we receive another reply from him.
