Ventilation...

Thanks for the input guys...trying to figure out what I can do...

Also, guy's been over two nights...and has been drunk two nights. I'd say it's about as bad as I guessed it'd be. ><"

Congratz.

On a sidenote another thought just occured to me. You may wish to keep something in your room that could be used as a weapon and/or lock your door (if that is possible).

I know i wouldn't feel safe with a crazy alcoholic my mum met on the internet running around the house, especially if i was a girl...

Well at this rate, maybe he'll drink himself to death. All that alcohol in his veins, yum yum. There's always a silver lining!

Taint his liquor! Just dip your disease-riddled finger in the bottle, should be enough to disintegrate him from the inside out. At the very least he'll cough up his spleen.

He drinks Coors, I don't think I'd needto poison his beer any further...

I got a knife in my room XD

Regarding the drinking thing...while wishing he'd just die would be the main hope, I also don't think I'd want to hafto deal with my mom going through another death, y'know? That's actually another reason I really really wish she'd have not hooked up with someone who drinks so much, 'cause I certainly don't want to hafto deal with someone with a slowly failing lived and crap. Already went through that with my dad and grandpa. =\

I digress - Just my personal opinion but when you expect someone's gonna go, it really just screws with your emotions because you try to brace for it and then it either happens sooner than planned, seems to get better than suddenly plummets, or just doesn't happen til much much later than expected...none of which are really easy to deal with, but I guess it depends on how they're gonna go I guess...

Thanks again, guys.

Thanks again, guys.

Even if it happens exactly "on time" death isn't exactly an easy thing. Emotional rollercosters suck.

Good plan with the knife.

take care of yourself Ish, also when someone dies you feel like dying sometimes as well because you feel dead on the inside=/ if it happens dont stay locked up thinking about it it can make you emo as hell. Get out and talk to someone about it.

(Thank Kipa for this advice)

Blech. American beer.

also agreed.
also, keep your phone at the ready, 911 might be even more effective than that knife.

Not to sound like an ass, but if money is so tight why are you playing a game?

I'm just saying... Take a look at your game play time, then break it down to hours. Multiply that by 8.00 / hr (should be easy to find a job at that rate) and there you go. In stead of playing games, you could have made that much money while spending your time in a more monetarily valuable way. From there, day's off can be spent playing FFXI. I also spend 80-90 hours / week between work, school, and homework. I'm kinda an example of this, though I can't say that I enjoy it all that much. I guess what I'm wondering is, did you ever think of taking a more active approach to fixing your problem rather than contemplating why it sucks?

I think she said in her first post that her mom will take away much of what she earns under the pretense of bills/groceries/yadda yadda yadda.

Like Lanien said, Mish, you've got friends on here. You've got friends that would take you in if you showed up on their doorstep. You've got friends that'll help.

Personally, take Lanien up on his offer. He seems like an on-the-level guy & pretty hilarious (though, sleep with a knife under your pillow--you never know...)

As for the game issue, you know you can always talk to me. I'm usually bored & always frantically trying to stop it.

I hope everything goes well with your problem. Let me know if I can help. D:

Yeah, I guess it would be hard to hide the fact that you're working a second job from someone you live with and undoubtedly knows you as well as a mother would. -.-;;
