Viewing a thread I only viewed once?

Nycon told me the other day I was looking at a thread that I viewed once, a long time ago (probably about a month or two ago). He told me that he had checked the thread too, and it has 1 reply but 26k+ views.

So anyway, fast forward to today, I checked my profile (opened it in another tab as I was viewing a thread on the Flameboard), and it showed me as viewing this thread. And uh, I wasn't...

As interesting as the thread sounds, I don't even remember what was about.

I only found it by sorting by view, and as you can see it is the 2nd most viewed, after Chiimi's LOLpic thread.
 
Hmmm. That's really interesting, I remember looking at your profile before a while back and it said you were looking at that thread. So it's been like that for a while.

Yep, pretty much everyone summed it up, but most of the time I check her profile, it shows her viewing that thread.. lol. Not like its a big deal or anything, but it is a glitch thats for sure.
 
I've seen that recently as well. Can't remember who's profile it was though. I saw that today or the day before.
 
It would not surprise me if that is a nightshift error. Variables were changed and replaced, but odd, yea definitely will give you that.
 
I dont think its a Nightshift error either. I actually see a ton of people that I check, viewing that particular thread. Its really weird.

Yeah I haven't used Nightshift since Element Blue came out, and I see a bunch of people viewing that thread.
 
I think people secretly have some kind of fetish for that topic, and they are using this as a cover-up so they can reload it 24/7 and bask in its greatness.
