Virus I guess -.-

So I was just browsing the web when I tried to download something (no not porn.) The download didn't come up, so I tried again. Suddenly my system tells me my PC may be infected and it tries to run SWP2009. Obviously I don't trust it so I try to run my Anti-Virus. Says it's infected and can't open, do I want to run SWP2009? I try other programs and the only thing it lets me open is IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc etc. I have no idea what's wrong and I can't run any programs to try to get rid of it -_-. Tried Safe Mode, didn't make a difference.

Any idea what I should do? D:
 
I didn't open it? It just ran by itself.

Yeah I found a fix so far. Mainly thanks to Miros but thanks to you also Linh!
 
P.S. It was really porn he was downloading, he told me. It was really hard to find hairy porn, where the women have lots of pit and leg hair.. it's his favorite.

Yeah. Eggplant here had to give me a couple websites to find it. It's her favorite type also so she had it saved all into her favorites and bookmarks.
 
(the stuff I sent him was the stuff he kept e-mailing me and filling up my junkbox with. He just watches so much of it he didn't realize he's seen it before.)
 
Oh come on. You know you gave me all those links. You even told me to download the video of you, 2 other chicks, and a man. That's where I got the virus from.
 
Shhhh don't give out the link. I'm trying to make money off that.
