Wouldn't work Mishalea. CFH won't lift until the mob has regained all (or at least the vast majority) of it's HP..

Not necessarily true. CFH has a chance to lift a couple seconds after the last person on the hatelist dies.

I know this, because Valkyrs has recovered from a CFH Kirin and Genbu before they've really started regenerating their HP much. We simply just logged out and have someone kiting around/tanking while an alliance reforms, then they die. Wait for CFH to lift and resume killing.
