That… would be me. I lead fail and I also lead the shell that Wak will most likely get his E body from. I really did not want to respond to this because I had hoped that sanity would return to the thread but apparently it wont so its time to intervene. First off I would like to see artie D2 someone out of an odin seeing as we do not take blms into it but that is just a side note. I am disappointed that he would even say that even though I do know artie well enough to say with confidence that he wouldn’t do so even if given the chance.

As I said I also ran FAIL which was very successful and I don’t even understand why it was being brought up in this thread. How you do things is your business rappa for better or worse that has nothing to do with how we did things in fail. Another thing about fail is that yes artie I did ask you and Rece to do NW a lot but I also asked wak and nicholette and a lot of other blms to do it as well so I don’t really see that point. Fail was extremely successful and in the end extremely disappointing due to the way that it ended but I don’t really think that has any bearing on this discussion.

As far as Wak is concerned… most if not all of the stuff that Artie said about him is true (I kinda skimmed because I didn’t want to read it). Wak does as for help more than anyone else I have ever met in this game (although no is always an option and you can take off your headphones in vent if you don’t want to hear him beg). Wak also is a very large gear whore. He knows what he wants and he goes for it… I actually think that this is a very good quality and that is the reason that he will get to lot on an e body when it drops from Einherjar. He decided that he wanted it and he has perfect attendance to try and get it. As far as I am concerned as soon as it drops to him it is his and if it is his wish to leave the shell then that is his wish and there is nothing that I can do to stop him (that’s why I always use a points system in large shells)… Will I be disappointed yes but that is as far as it goes.

Wak has done a few things to me people in this game that seem extremely self centered. The reason that Mori chimed in at the beginning of the thread is due to a Cloud Evoker that belonged to MI way back in the day that Wak tried to have Kaizen pop for him so that Wak could get the gil from it. This is actually the reason that wak got kicked from that shell and after he was kicked Kaizen did in fact get it popped for Wak and Wak pocketed the proceeds.

Or when he and several other people left AP to join pansies I was very disappointed.

As far as the static stuff is concerned we had been having problems with Wak for a good 3 months before it was finally a mutual agreement that he should depart from the group. He never did anything specifically that could be said to be the one event that changed things but it was just a snowball of wants. We had a rule with our static which was if you need something ask for it and if it is something that our static can handle then we will try and get it done for you. That is how we got bando kotes (stupid P harpe) and a lot of low level ZNMs done for a lot of our members. The problem is that for the most part this was set up to be a group for special things like Xolo that are hard to do with pickup people. The problem arose when Wak was asking for 2 or 3 things a week and the other people in the group were asking for 1 thing a month (if that) and Wak would whine on vent when his stuff did not get done. Hell he even woke me up at 9am once over the phone to ask me to merit cause he had a 2 ridill/berk party and needed a bard…

The reason that I will not kick Wak or Artie from my shell and the reason that I hope that they can work things out is because they both have some of the best qualities that a leader can ask for. They know how to play their jobs, they both normally come on whatever job I need them on and they both show up.

All the stuff that Wak has done I still like and respect the guy. Yes he is a gear whore… but he shows up and typically deserves what he gets. Yes he likes to guilt people into helping him but no is always an option. Will I continue to be in shells with Wak absolutely… because he is an exceptional player that can be counted on. (just gonna make sure that a points system is in place).

Artie… Deal with this please. I know the two of you have problems but work them

I agree. I also didn't bring the shell up. Artie brought up mine and then proceeded to gloat for 3 or 4 paragraphs about Fail. I'm glad you guys did well, my shell's currently doing well also. My reply to Artie was more a post about humility, a trait that he, along with a lot of other QCDNers, are really lacking in. People who think they are hot shit because they are/were in a successful linkshell are a sad lot. That says nothing aside from that your linkshell was good, doesn't make you good or important at all. I've been in and am currently in several great and successful linkshells. I'm happy for what we've done, but I'd never brag about it or try to throw our success in someone's face in an argument like it's my own personal accomplishment.

Nothing else to add really since as I already stated I'm done trying to reason with Artie. Just clarifying this part since my name's in it.

Yea i wasnt in any way accusing you either.. Limbus is one of those things that i look at as with the belief that there is not one right way to do things there are several different ways that can be successful depending on the goals of your shell. When i started fail i said if you are here for AF+1 you are in the wrong shell and proceeded to try and do omega as often as possible with the 18-20 man roster i had.

There are a many wrong ways to do it but there are also a few right ways and im sure your shell is doing what is right by you.

Never assume Deja,You know what happens when you assume things. Maybe I just wanted to buy artie a beer he seemed stressed and he's funny as hell drunk. As far as wak is concerned, could not care less lol. Everyone at one time or another has disliked,or been annoyed by wak, for one reason or
