WAR testing

Edit: Can we meet later today for Pchan Parse?
from noon till about 9 EST im free if you want to do one.
Also, i doubt Pchan will actually join us since we fight Mamool and not Colibri, Can't skew the parse in their favor on mamool like it can on Colibri

Radaka - Sam/war
DarkM - War/nin
Kouzou - Mnk/war
Duragon - Nin/war

Pchan rdm and Sportlov brd.

Even after reading about the 2h changes , I was still wowed at numbers seeing them 1st hand. Was an awesome pt too, 1st one since I came back (greater colbri).

lol.

Still interested in a pchan parse.

I'd like to see pchan owning Jamal, myself, and Ikari/phraust. Man that PUP can do some serious business from what he says. Time to put the money where the mouth is.

I've been asking for over a week now to see the 1400 Bliz Iv's while meriting.

A monk/war came in #3? Gimp.

Clearly the mnk/war would have been better off going pup/mnk so they could wear a cestus belt.

Clearly. Cestus belt toting PUP = My hero.

On topic though, I did actually meet a spectacular PUP, but not because he claims to deal massive amounts of damage. Naibara is outstanding at the job in general, knows his role, as well as when, and when not to bring PUP to situations. It was because of his PUP we won the Alexander fight. My props do go to him.

My props will never go to pchan. Which is probably why I am so intent on humiliating the guy, for boasting about such a huge ego. It's like a guy who buys a Hummer purely because he has a small sexual organ.

"My car... IS greater than YOUR car. Period. You can't argue it, nor will I try and prove it. I'll be conveniantly busy when it comes up."

Anyways on topic, we going to try and get another parse soon with some sword testing? Jamal, are you even close to Perdu?

1400s are Real dude. I was in a PT once with a PUP and a BLM once, the PUP's bliz4s were doing more than a taru BLMs Thunder 4s...
He got off one IV nuke every fight, plus he casted other stuff and never ran out of MP.
Or I never saw him rest, idk how pups work :|

This was on Trolls in Mount. Z

I have the points, just haven't done an assault in 3 months. One more set of assaults and I'll be one level below the Perdu. So, not sure how many assaults total that is.

Ah ok, want me to let you know when we are short people for Assault? The static would have no problem letting you in to get some points when we don't have a full roster. That way you don't have to really commit to anything just to get a Perdu Hangar.

That's exactly what I'm looking for. I've done so many assaults since release, its just I was capped at the top tier when I was doing them. I took a 3 month break, and suddenly I was way behind.

Well both the sam and mnk rarely had hate. Hate was usually on me, nin and sometimes the sam. The sam went crazy on the ws and no mp sponges the entire time.

That's really sad for both of them. My sam/nin can rip hate off easily whenever I weapon skill, and the monk/war should be doing more than enough damage to help tank. If the monk's not tanking, he's pretty gimped.

Semi-necro...but finally got DRG to 35 to get the full benefits of the subjob. Tried things out in Dynamis-Bastok to have semi-defensive mobs with lower evasion. Food was Hedgehog Pies (Love Sonic). Gear used was as follows, TP Gear followed by WS:

Weapon: Fortitude Axe (Byakko's)
Grip: DA+2% Grip
Ammo: Virtue Stones (Fire Bomblet)
Head: Turban (5% Haste) / N.head
Neck: PCC (both)
Ear1: Wyvern Earring(+5% Haste) -- Minuet Earring
Ear2: Brutal Earring (5% DA)
Body: Adaberk
Hands: Dusk Gloves (+3% Haste) -- N.hands
Rings: Sniper's+1 - Rajas
Back: Forager's Mantle
Belt: Swift (+4% Haste) - Warwolf
Legs: Byakko's (+5% Haste) / Warrior's Cuisses
Feet: Uniboots (+3% Haste) / Amir Boots

With Fortitude I was able to get to 300tp lightning fast, especially with huge proc rates on Jump/High Jump. Steel Cyclones ranged from 1400-1800 at 300tp depending mob type. If I didn't save tp, Raging Rush would average around 800 dmg @100tp.
With Byakko's the TP gain was drastically slower, but the Steel Cyclone damage was significantly increased. While Raging Rush's still seemed to hover at around 800dmg @100tp, the Steel Cyclones averaged 1500dmg, capping out at 2381 (MS + WC).

Looking at the gear, you'll notice I hit the Haste cap exactly with this gear set (+25%). /SAM could possibly be better, lifting to a +30% from the 2-hand bonus, but the loss of Accuracy Bonus + Jump + High Jump would be alot to get over. On certain mobs, I was able to ws, Jump for 400+, High Jump for 400+, and be nearly @100tp by the time the mob was finished off. The added spike damage/tp gain was just insane.

If you've partied with me before, you know I'm not the most patient person in the world. To impress me takes quite a bit, and this sub REALLY impressed me quite a bit. The ability to hold off on certain mob types and unleash hell on others was so incredibly fun. I recommend /drg to all!

ironically i thought you lved drg because Aud rubbed it off on ya=P

nice numbers

In dynamis I told Aud something along the lines of "Aud, this sub really kicks ass, you should lvl DRG" lol.

Wouldn't the accuracy bonus of Hasso offset the loss of the trait though?

Could and could not. If hate is soley not on you, than yes, Hasso would be better, but if you have to switch and Seigan consistantly than you're running the risk of losing the ACC, the Haste, and the STR. So really, the worse you are, the better the /SAM would make you as you'll be pulling hate less often and be able to keep Hasso up for the duration.

Or you could just keep the hate and let the WHMs get to do some work. I mean the first half of Bastok they were pretty much cannon-ing Quadavs out of lack of anything better to do. ¬¬

Just saying... ;~;

I Tried /sam during dynamis-jueno and seigan was up almost always. To avoid dieing, I held back on ws until the mobs hp was around 70% or lower. RR 800-1100 @ around 100-150 tp and around 1300-1500 with WC.
